The hotel was located within fifteen minutes of our visiting location. It was clean and had a very good breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I requested and paid for a mobility/disability room with easy accessible shower and high seat commode. I did not get that room, the commode was way too low and the shower wasn't easily accessible for me. Also the bed was so hard I would have gotten a better night's sleep on the floor if I could have gotten down on the floor. I did not sleep well at all and for that reason I will probably not stay at this hotel in the future when we visit relatives again

I have stayed here several times in the past 2 years. I always return.

Unfortunately due to freezing temperatures the pipes in the building broke and we had to evacuate. To me it was an act of nature. My condolences to the owners and staff I could tell they were heartbroken. Good luck to all and I hope 2023 brings you happiness and good health. please email me when you open up. I will be back.

We enjoyed the stay. It was close to all the places we wanted to see. Went to Atlanta and seen allot of their sights.

The price. A little high for the room I thought we would be getting. The room we were told over the phone was supposed to be for 2 bedrooms. I did my reservations with the toll free number. Not knowing it was a 3rd party. Also I never received a receipt from the hotel for the stay. I was told I would be getting one either be hard copy or email. Please call directly to the hotel you want to stay in.

The staff were amazing! Also, the facility was nice overall. Free breakfast is what would you expect at any Holiday Inn Express which is very good. Spacious room with very minimum noise level.

I did not like the fitness room. It was too small and the air did not feel right. I also did not like the view as it was basically a dumpster.

Property is well maintained. Hot breakfast every morning. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Very rarely do I come across a frequent “flyer hotel” that has a bathroom that looks clean, white furniture/appliances that are actually white and not full of mildew and yellow stains.

I would have liked a change in breakfast options. I was there for 4 days so I got bored of the same thing.

Breakfast is great, a little sad some items were missing due to covid but its to be expected with the times right now, im just happy it wasnt breakfast in a bag. The service is great and breakfast is still very good 😊

Hand lotion and Plastic laundry bag is gone 😐 not sure why but thats really not so important just a convenience. Used to put dirty clothes before so just a tip: bring a plastic bag 👍🏼

staff very friendly and helpful

The pool area was locked I understand the pool was closed and covered but it would have been nice to sit outside on a nice day.

We like everything all the staff was very nice and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was that the receptionist did not tell me that they were not cleaning the room due to Covid.

Breakfast was good in clean comfortable area. Would go again!

The price I saw online was cheaper than we were given when we called in to book the room. I could not get enough signal to book online as we were traveling. So I had no choice other than to book on the phone.
