Cheyenne is super cool. So is Jay and the others. There is a “good neutral energy” about the place. There is no loitering, shady business transactions, or hood marauders, so the place feels safe. You can get a good nights sleep here.

The owner J is a awesome guy. He really cares about satisfying his guests and keeping the place welcoming

It was quite noisy

I was nervous to stay here at first because of the reviews and some comments made when I asked a local neighborhood group about this particular motel. Maybe since I grew up in NJ and are use to cheaper motels the "issues" mentioned didn't bother me. Yes, we did see a bug or 2 during our month stay. Yes, there was people partying on the weekends. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel though. I stayed in both the room side and suite side during my stay. The suite side included a coffeemaker and toaster (brand new). The suite side was facing a busy highway so it was noisier but still ok since I wasn't in the room all day. A deposit was also needed for the studio side. The room side was facing the front and much quieter and no deposit was needed. From my understanding, and I could be wrong, on the room side the pets are suppose to stay in kennels the whole time and on the suite side it was ok for them to roam the room. The employees were very nice and Jocelyn was very very helpful when it came to extending each . I'd stay here again if I needed a place to stay with my pets.

No cameras on the back side of the building. One night there was a person looking into cars and trying to open them but my fiancé saw them and scared them off. During our stay they upgraded their key card system which made our access keys not work for a few days but they were more than willing to come up and unlock it for us.

They didn't return my 50 dollar deposit, like I was told they would.

Housekeeping staff were nice and some front desk staff

The air worked well is about all there was to like about it.

Gross, charge you for everything, don't provide anything so if you fly in, hit up walmart on your way. Windows don't close all the way, whole place smells like urine, staff don't speak clear English and don't want to be bothered with anything. Was there 5 days and had to go through 10 mins of questioning to get a couple new towels to use. Supposed to be new management but I don't know that it's much better than what it was before.

The location

Very dirty. Trash everywhere. Rooms stink . I had a pick from more than one room and they all smelled horrible. Smoke and piss just disgusting.

I had to file a complaint with the corporate office
