The locations is a plus near shopping center and the highway. The rooms were clean and nice size

The wifi is horrible I work from home and I notice early morning and during the day it stops working and the connection is spotty that was annoying I had to use my own hotspot alot . The fire alarm went off 3 times still not sure why Not sure why we have to pay for the basic that comes with all extend stay locations such as cooking ware etc

The staff is awesome here! They go above and beyond to assist you. The rooms were clean, quiet and very spacious. The rate is a little high but compared to other hotels with this rate....it is definitely worth it. I would stay here again over a lot of places.

Small concern with ants along the perimeter. Staff has contacted an exterminator.

I like the rooms they are very nice no bugs. Security is also at a premium here , your not just gonna walk up in this hotel and theres cameras everywhere. Also no smoking in public areas and in rooms keeping the place very nice. The first staff member i encountered was incredibly nice caring and seemed to appreciate the business. She was an older lady working in the mornings also a nice lady working later at night. Pets are also welcomed here and they are not an expensive add on 50$ non refundable deposit and 10 a night . It's a great policy if you're staying for a while It's bad if it's a short stay.

Some staff members are acting as if they are a little put off with any request or interactions. This is the only negative ive come across in the whole hotel. Its also in a funny location where your not gonna quickly walk to anywhere. the nearest store in walking distance is a good little walk away. at least a mile if you have a car im sure its not bad if your walking good luck.

I love the location. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The room was very nice and cleaned.

The only thing is if I wanted dishes I had to pay $25 for them. The remote to the tv didn’t work neither did the rim telephone. But that l those were minor issues. Nothing to give a bad review on.

Our room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the full size refrigerator and everything about the place was just perfect for us.

The only thing I could say was that the shower curtain was a little bit low. That's not really saying much bad about it!

There was no breakfast. Maybe coffee which I don't drink. I also liked the full size refrigerator in the room. A stove & microwave. I also loved the location of my family room which was a few steps from the elevator.

Thae fact that no room cleaning/services was done from when I checked-in on the 31 August to the 4th of September. Too bad.

I did like that the property was very secure. You have to have a key to get in all the doors

The phone does not work to call the front desk when you walk into the main door of the building

I saw pets were allowed in the rooms. I was wondering if it’s a certain area of the Hotel that’s just for pets? Or it any room ?

I didn't see any breakfast , I don't think this one had breakfast

My toilet backed up and there wasn't a plunger available
