Room was just like the pictures. No smoke smell, and I am sensitive to that. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The main lobby was very clean and must have been redone fairly recently. The staff was nice both at check-in and check-out.

My only real complaint was the breakfast. Should not really call it a breakfast as it was more like a few snacks. The fruit juice dispenser was still not working as others have noted and not carafe’s in sight. Muffin was small and stale. The fruit grain bar was strawberry which is the cheapest kind in my opinion. Blueberry anyone? Good thing is there are PLENTY of eating places within walking distance so no worries. Maybe why the do not bother. But that is kind of the point, why bother saying you have breakfast when you really don’t? Still would stay here again though!

it was close to where we were going out to, the staff was friendly.

room wasn’t fully cleaned when we were given the key and had to stand outside while they cleaned but they were very nice and very fast to fix it and the other guest stood outside our room blaring car radios drinking and being very loud.

They were very accommodating to my needs as a handicapped person. The room was in the back and very quiet, clean and easily accessible. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The refrigerator made a noise at times which startled my dog in the middle of the night and started him barking, which I hope didn't bother any other guests.

The staff was rude. They could not give me clear directions to the room. She did NOT explain that the ice machine was in a locked room

We booked this motel because when we googled it it was pet friendly. When I checked in they told me that pets were not allowed but the clerk at the desk told us she would put us down for a service animal. The manager stopped us as we were walking out with our 3 pound poodle and was very upset with us.

the free breakfast was just cereal coffee yogurt muffins and bagels nothing to get excited about

Place was clean. We liked that the room had vinyl flooring g instead of dirty, nasty carpet like many places. Didn’t see breakfast, figured it was because of Covid. We left early, but we’re expecting to get a quick continental at a little after 6:00 to get down the road and stop to eat.

Everything was fine. We just needed a place to rest and sleep for a few hours.

GREAT BED, Room very clean, bathroom/shower great, just lacked a nice breakfast But overall nice. I would stay again. McDonald's within easy walking distance.

My daughter and I stayed for a night, she had a tournament in Dalton. Beds slept well. Very close to the interstate and lots of food choices with in walking distance. Great overnight stay

A musky smell. Other than that it was great

Location was good. Front desk staff was very good.

There was some what I think was gnats in the room
