Location! Allowed us to travel into Savannah as well as explore Jekyll and St Simon Islands. Breakfast at local coffee shop was a plus, with free options to Dockside guests.

Noise from other guests and the neighborhood rooster too! Maybe use white noise machines? The are is being developed and the Dockside is next to a gutted building - maybe some description of what is nearby and what the future plans are for the neighborhood? I can imagine within 5 years it will be a hip little spot!

We chose this property for it's location and were pleasantly surprised at how large the room and deck were. We were within walking distance to all the activities for the "Blessing of the Fleet". We used the breakfast vouchers provided by Dockside and loved the breakfast!! We will definitely stay here again!!

We were on our way home to FL. from MA. We have been stopping at Skipper’s Fish Camp Restaurant for years in Darien GA. . Traffic was terrible and we were planning on an overnight in area further south after eating dinner. We noticed Dockside Inn behind Skipper’s and decided to spend the night. The outside is modest but the room was great. Spacious and welcoming. I loved the decor. Coffee available in the lobby and a complimentary limited “ breakfast “ available across the street. We spent the evening sitting on very comfortable rocking chairs on our patio. I definitely hope to return!

Landscaping started early in the AM! Hard time turning on shower faucet. Soap bar was tiny and no lather. Minor gripes!🤷‍♀️

Dockside Inn was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious, the lobby and rooms were very clean. It looked great online, but far exceeded my expectations. While the Inn doesn't have an in-house breakfast, the reservation comes with a voucher for a breakfast sandwich and coffee from Zio Carlo nearby, which was delicious.

The shower handle was a little confusing for me to work out hot vs. cold water, but didn't take long to warm up once I figured it out.

Great location near water and restaurants. Great morning coffee.

The door to the patio only had blinds and the lights in the parking lot were bright. The door needs a curtain.

Very nice feel. Comfortable snd love that you can walk to restaurants. Convenient for work as well

Coffee machine did not work and didn’t get breakfast on a Sunday which was included but manager was deducting for that as it was paid for
