All the employees I encountered were nice, friendly and extremely helpful. The check in was easy and the trash was emptied and the used towels were changed daily. I had the studio room and so got a full fridge which helped me store my prepared meals for my stay. Pots, pans, utensils and dishes and a 2 burner counter stove etc., were available for pick up from the front desk as needed. There was a desk with desk chair as well as a small table with 2 chairs for dining. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.

Unfortunately, there were small roaches in this room. I checked with the front desk and they looked for a spray for me. They didn't have one, so I went to go buy one and sprayed the room my self. I was offered the opportunity to switch rooms, but, declined since I was not sure if the next room would have the same problem or more. Towards the end of my stay, it was no longer as quiet as it have been and there was broken glass on the stairs. Even though I informed the front desk of this in the morning, the glass was still there at the end of the day. My last issue, was that since there's no smoking in the rooms, people apparently just went to the parking lot or just in front of their rooms and smoked leaving a lot of cigarette butts on the floor of the parking lot etc.

I felt safe. Even though the door led straight outside, I didn't feel the need to block the door with something heavy. All the employees I encountered were nice, friendly and extremely helpful. It was a little dusty. I had to remove a little bit of cobwebs from the top of the head board. Also, eventhough the blinds were able to close, the width was not enough to completely cover the edges of the window. The pillows were not very comfortable for me, so I will bring my own next time.

Very clean rooms... Nicely located. Service was warm and welcoming..

TV size could be a little bigger. Especially given the quality of the room and structure. Big screens are very cheap now days.. It just wouldn't be a bad investment in my opinion
