It was beyond what I was expecting for the price I paid. At first, I was hesitant because of the prices of the ones around, but after reading reviews I decided to try my luck. Definitely a diamond in the rough! The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! The reviews didn't lie. I would recommend to anyone traveling to stay here! My girls loved the breakfast and the pool! The hot breakfast was amazing, and I heard other guests talking about it as well! The pool was fun, and closed at 9 so enough time to swim and wind down afterwards! In all, I was pleasantly surprised by the value, I Definitely feel I got the deal of a lifetime and I've traveled a lot! You get the bang for your buck that's for sure! 5 stars from me, highly recommend!

Absolutely nothing, our stay was phenomenal!

Breakfast had more variety than I expected, and the quality was good but not great. Still, the staff were wonderful, the room clean, and the bed comfy.

Again, the breakfast was the only part that wasn't excellent. The orange juice was either watered down or simply not a brand I like because I felt it tasted odd, and I never found the milk. But the eggs and sausage were good and the staff lovely.

The mattress was very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my long night. Oh, and we HIGHLY recommend "Lady Fanny Mae's Ultimate Fish Fry" in Fairburn for some of the BEST catfish in the country. Small family place, limited menu, but every bite was served with love.

Well, the room I reserved was supposed to have a roll-in shower, but that didn't happen. (I believe that was more the issue with B.com than the hotel.) Other than that, I would stay again.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above & beyond to create a great experience. The hotel is in a great location & seems to be a safe area. Restaurants & gas stations are within walking distance and it's also near the highway. I truly appreciate especially the lady breakfast cook & the front desk guy (Dwayne?). Their hospitality was superb! Due to an unsatisfactory room we weren't going to stay but Dwayne made it right with a smile on his face. I'm glad we stayed. He made up for the unfriendly guy that checked us in. (I'm glad that that guy's shift was over by the time we made it back down to complain). He wasn't rude just unfriendly. This will be the place I stay everytime we visit the area.The pool and gym areas were nice & clean. I'm so glad that they have an indoor pool that played a big part in us choosing this hotel as well. My girls enjoyed themselves. It's a no frills hotel but it was suitable for what I was there for.

The chairs inside the rooms could definitely use some serious cleaning or just replaced all together. The hallways smell a bit musty. The noise level on the weekend was a bit much from the young adults that were on our floor but I didn't feel the need to complain or maybe I was just too tired to complain. Either way it wasn't anything to detour me from going back again.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Elevator is right by the front check in so you have easy access. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I wish there were more options for breakfast. There wasn't a lot of variety to choose from. The bathroom also needs some upgrading. The toilet kept running and the shower was kind of weird to turn off and on.

Staff were exceptional and willing to help at any moment. Hot complimentary breakfast in the mornings, with great pancakes and waffles. Room was modern and TV channels and 42 in TV were an exceptional value. Having a minifridge and microwave were perfect for reheating dinner from nights on the town.

Pillows were small and didn't cover the entire bed head board area. Extra pillows or larger pillows would be a great improvement for lounging on the bed or on the executive couch in the King Suite. Also a warm throw blanket would also be nice for the bed and couch.

I loved the woman who worked breakfast. She was so kind, helpful, and friendly. The ladies at the front desk when I checked in were extremely friendly as well. Room was very clean!

The eggs were extremely mushy and late checkout was only 30 minutes (11:30am) and those were minor things. Everything else was exceptionally good.

The management did a poor job providing invoice for my stay. I was constantly getting a runaround with invoice because I paid thru a third party, but they still get paid thru third party and I can’t get a lousy invoice? Every time I requested for invoice, they told me to ask Booking.com for invoice. I’ve never had an issue til now. I’ve stayed all over the country and will def take my business else where. I’m a business man, I wanted my invoices for my tax purpose and they’re not being professional about this.

I really enjoyed how clean the room and lobby area was. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is close to restaurants and their is a convenience store located rite across the parking area. The pool was clean and heated,me and my grandchildren had hours of fun swimming.

Their was not anything I found to my disliking.

The breakfast was nice and the young lady working the breakfast area gave exceptional customer service, she was nice, friendly and was engaging with the guest in a bubbly professional manner.

There need to be some deep cleaning in the carpet throughout the halls, the smell was a little musty. The morning front desk employee was not very friendly or welcoming. His demeanor was very dull and dry. However, the young lady working the front desk during the afternoon was the total opposite, she was very welcoming and friendly.
