Absolutely love the Continental Breakfast. Better than I expected. My stay was comfortable, relaxing and secure. Only one instant, the guy on the front desk needs Anger Management classes. (The night BEFORE our checkout, the keyboard would not permit us entry. My husband and I went to the front desk to inquire because we extended our stay by a day. He immediately BLEW UP, which showed POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE) Other, than that, my stay was pleasurable and I would return in the future😊

The Quick Temper of the guy on the front desk. Instead of calming and ensuring us, he was confrontational which could have led to a bigger explosion

The Staff is so nice!! It’s a kid friendly place! Breakfast was so nice and clean to sit in the cafeteria! Room was spacious and clean! House keeping alway made sure the room was clean and alway had clean towels on hand when needed. Pool was a great place for the kiddos to have fun!! Restaurant and store close for comfort!!

I love the comfortable bed, and the room was clean and spacious. They already had me a shower bench available upon arrival. The check -in process was quick and easy.

I didn't like the bathroom shower because the floor inside the shower was kind of dirty and dingy. It could have used a little more cleaning.

Location was 6 mins away from the event u was attending. Also not far from some great food places and shopping was also in distance

Parking lot small. Would have been fine but the event was a school event and two schools were in our hotel and neighbor hotel so the busses took up all the parking spaces. But other than that nice place

The breakfast was wonderful thanks to the ONE woman who staffed it. She was amazing. Kept everything replenished and fresh. Went out of her way to help everyone.

Lamp on wall did not work. Security lock on door was broken. And toilet had problem running continuously over 2 days, not flushing. Repair attempted, didn’t last. Manager fixed it at 10 pm.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL. FROM THE STAFF MRS KAYLA AND MRS REGINA. THESE BEAUTIFUL LADIES WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. THE WHOLE BUILDING WAS CLEAN AND SAFE. MY FAMILY AND I HAD A BLAST. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

mold on tub caulk, baseboards peeling, air vents in halls coated with dust, gives unclean impression

Affordable. Especially compared to other hotels in nearby cities. Great value without compromised comfort.

The location kind of sucks but that isn't the hotels fault.

The staff was really nice. Also the hotel was really clean.

My card was charged numerous times because of an error on the machine. Also the carpet in the hallway needs to be updated.
