I had a negative experience with one of the desk clerks. I don't remember her name but I do know that her name began with the initial K. She told me that the location was booked to capacity. Then she quoted me a higher rate than was listed. I'm a frequent visitor of this location and I felt as if she didn't want to assist me because I inquired about a specific room. She had a slight attitude which almost discouraged me from staying. Another clerk appeared whom I've had pleasant experience with. She noticed me and spoke. Asking me how I was doing. When I explained the situation. She immediately researched the availability and accommodated me by booking the room that I inquired about. The first clerk lied to me which I didn't appreciate.

this hotel was super clean; like spotless. hotel is close to Walmart and a few restaurants love the little Starbucks bistro downstairs staff was always warm and friendly Queen suite was spacious with two televisions bathroom/shower was clean; love the roomy shower with no tub breakfast was okay; I would’ve liked more variety like turkey sausage, hot pancakes or waffles fitness center was nice and never crowded

no daily housekeeping yet the room cost and fees have not declined. hotel could use more towels; when I requested more towels. I was told they were waiting for towels to be washed.

The bed was so comfy! I also really liked the k-cup coffeemaker because I could use my preferred brand which added to the comfort. Also, having a fridge and microwave for late night snacks. The location was a little strange because there weren't sidewalks, but there are plenty of stores around to drive to or order from.

The pool was closed due to repair. I was really hoping to go for a swim. Also, being on a busy highway prevented taking walks, but that's minor.

The front office staff was very helpful and accomadating.

The pool was closed which was a bummer and the breakfast was not very good. I think they should have just offered sausage and pancakes prepackaged because the sandwiches were nasty.

Very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the outdoor pool was nice.

It was a little odd for two hotels to be within the same building (maybe I don’t get out much? lol) but it wasn’t a major dislike. I have no complaints! Great hotel.

Everything was good until we saw a small roach crawling on the wall. Unsure where came from. When you dealing with public could been from folks personal stuff or left from last guest.

The staff, was great, very friendly. The hotel is very clean. The room felt nice and spacious.

I chose a hotel with a pool and we were disappointed that the pool was closed due to a crack in the bottom. I wish that would have been stated on the website.

The room was clean and decorated nicely. The bathroom was beautiful, clean and had what I needed in it. My room had a mini frig, microwave, iron and ironing board - all of which came in handy during my stay. I need that mattress in my own home!

There was nothing about my stay that I did not like.

I decided to do a “date night”staycation for my birthday! Bed is very comfortable! Great service and very clean! Room had been freshly cleaned! The whole hotel smelled and looked like it just had been cleaned! 😌

Only con no breakfast as advertised on app but I do understand and wasn’t upset because of the situation with COVID-19. Maybe remove it from app!

The breakfast was awesome. It wasn't the standard continental breakfast I'm use too. The staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable. It was big enough to place a playpen in comfortably. I really recommend this place
