Very clean and spacious room. Parking was close to the entrance. Like the fact they had a pool and even a laundry room.

The room was very cold. It took approximately around 6 hrs for it to warm up. The shower head was hanging from the hose. There was no bracket to hold the shower head up. I then noticed that it was a wheelchair accessible room. Perhaps that had something to do with it. The staff was not so welcoming.

Facilities were clean and comfortable. Pool was not open but was not planning to use it. Parking is always a challenge if you return late, but is always available. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

One complaint: the bed was entirely too soft. Slept ok, of course, but just not what we are accustomed to. Still, this hotel was a good choice.

The staff was welcoming and the beds are very comfortable. Two restaurants were right across the street from the hotel, a Cracker Barrell and an Asian buffet restaurant. We didn't have to drive all over searching for a meal in late afternoon traffic at the end of a hectic day driving across country to visit family.

The first room we were given smelled like a mixture of strong, men's cologne and something musty. I requested a room change and the desk clerk was very understanding and gave us a new room. Continental breakfast is available from 6:30-9:00 if travelers want to grab a bite to go and get on the road early before morning rush hour traffic.

One of your staff members at the front desk (I don't remember her name) was not pleasant at all. I had to remind her that she shouldn't treat customers with the attitude she displayed at the time.

Everything else was fine. I would stay at the hotel again.

New and nice

staff seemed to be lazy, they mumbled, and were unprofessional. A dirty mask laid by the front door the whole time we were there. Had to make three trips back to the front desk because we had no soap, tv remote didn’t work and the ice machine on our floor didn’t work. I requested another room and was accommodated to a smaller room which was perfect. They gave me the smaller room price but I should have received some compensation.

Every time I am in town for a holiday weekend this is my go to hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great and well stocked.

I wish our room had a sofa bed.

I liked everything, especially the nice lady at the front desk. The rooms were great and clean and easy to find right off the highway

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean.

Not a deal breaker but I like the sink and toilet separated. That's a personal preference thing. And I had to reset the temperature controls daily.

location and service. I think the clerk’s name was Nickie but exceptionally nice. The kitchen personnel was exceptionally nice but I didn’t get his name. Breakfast wasn’t my specialty but he asked when was our next visit so he could ensure we had preferable choices. His tone is saying that was exceptional. Most times it’s the customer service rendered & this stay’s service was exceptional.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff were always polite and always engaged us as guests.

Excess noise from the above guests. We did not make a complaint although it sounded as if they were holding a wresting competition every night.
