Location

I did not like the fact I had to give $100 deposit even though I already paid for the room through Booking.com. It took five days to get the $100 returned to my account being Canadian the exchange rate was different which I had to pay for. This has never happened to me before which I explained to the front desk and the basic response was sorry there’s nothing I can do about it. Because I was prepaid, I couldn’t cancel the reservation and go somewhere else which would’ve been my preference. They were plenty of other hotels in the area.

Had two king rooms while we were travelling for a family funeral. Loved the layout. Was comfortable and clean. Will stay again. Staff were nice and helpful. centrally located

I booked through a third party booking (Booking, Priceline, etc) and because you do that you are required to give a $100 deposit per room at the hotel. I don't understand the purpose behind that. Directional signage is lacking.

Quiet, Clean and comfortable.

1) It required an $100 deposit once i arrived at the property. Which is a big inconvenience, they said if you don’t have cash it could take up to 5-7 days to be put back onto your credit or debit card. 2) The Bath towels were very small. Not adequate for adult sized. perfect size for a child or hair. 3) There was a breakfast room, just didn’t offer it anymore. So that was disappointing.

The room cooled down quickly, which is important in Georgia on the way to Florida. It was convenient to several restaurant and we received a discount by dining at a nearby place. The rooms were very clean and well supplied. The bathroom was well designed.

No breakfast due to covid I believe, but there was coffee, and it was good. It is a little difficult to find the driveway, we missed the turn, but found it the next time.The hall carpets were stained up, but the interior of the rooms were clean.

Liked easy parking, very nice ladies at front desk and morning desk lady was very nice. No breakfast they said due to covid. The place was well lit, close to places to walk to get dinner after a long drive. The bed was clean and comfortable. This was dog friendly -we stayed because we needed a hotel our fur baby could be. Room had wood floors, which we like - cleaner than carpeted floors. Bathroom has been updated. Room was updated. Air was cold.... all good

I booked for a free breakfast, but they said they stopped doing breakfast due to covid. Other hotels at least sending you on your way with a sack meal..... hmmmm. Or they should not advertise it on Booking.com. The edges of the room had dust and dirt, I think the cleaning folks aren't paying attention or they aren't sweeping properly. It was easy to see on the dark wood floors.

Lovely staff, very clean room, hardwood floors (bravo Red Roof for eliminating disgusting dirt-and-germ harboring carpet in the rooms!) and THE most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in my life -- best night's sleep I have had in ages. Next task: strip the bed to find out who makes the mattress! Dining options in the area are decent; Starbucks right across the street with another just up the road, and I loved..loved..loved the gas station and convenience mart that's virtually on the property. I could fill up right there on arrival and was ready to resume my trip in the morning. HUGE convenience!

The location, while very conveniently close to the off-ramp of I 75, was difficult for me to find, even with GPS because the entrance is completely unmarked. This could be easily remedied with a small sign at the entrance of the right turn into the hotel, which is well set back from the main road and not visible. As a single traveller on an extremely busy road, "looking around" to find the building wasn't an option. Also, unless departure is very early in the morning, making a left turn to get back on I 75 (a distance that can be measured in yards) would be next to impossible. One will have to make a right turn, then another right at the next light, and find a place to turn around. It's unfortunate that there is no entrance/exit from that road.

The newly remodeled room was wonderful. I loved the shower and how the mini fridge is located closer to the door when you walk in.

It was hard to find from our GPS. We drove around for a bit trying to locate the motel. It would be nice if there was a sign by our turn with an arrow pointing to the location.

Great location and clean comfortable quiet rooms.

Well I no check in time was 4pm but I got there and hours early, I think the early check inn fee should have been waived since the room was really.

Nice room - comfy bed. Like the laminate floors as opposed to carpet. Great walk-in shower. Love that our pet was welcome with no extra charge.

This location did not offer breakfast but was reflected in the reasonable room price.

Quietness, Cleanliness, Politeness of Hotel Front Desk Clerk that checked me; very friendly. The bed was comfortable and cozy….everything was great!!!!!
