Staff was very nice and professional, rooms were fresh, clean and cool. I would’ve preferred a microwave/ fridge in the room but it was a great hotel.

Pool out of service and no jacuzzi in rooms as advertised. No Netflix Websit need to be upgraded so guest will know what they are really paying for. In addition, when reserving rooms at hotels, one should not have to wait until 3 p.m. to check in, especially when you arrive early (mornings/ noon). Rooms should be available once you arrive in the city/state. Most people are tired from a long drive/flight and want a hot shower/ bath ( jacuzzi) and relaxation. Thanks in advance.😉🤷‍♀️

The Marriott Staff was excellent in TRYING to handle my check in Issue with Booking .com. Booking did not send the confirmation # to the Marriott computer system so I could be checked in. I ended up waiting for 3 hours after my initial booking and 30 min standing at the front desk... Untill I finally told the Desk REP to just check me in and charge me seperately. Looks like I paid TWICE to get a room.

When Marriott Rep got in contact with a Booking .com REP.. they had no info on my reservation. Even though the rep was providing them my exact confirmation email from Booking /com. I even showed her the 2ND email booking sent me confirming my check in time was good. The booking rep asked to speak with me, then preceded to tell me that he needed to call me on my personal cell phone and could not give details over Marriotts Phone line... ? WHAT!? Thats Shady wierd. Will NEVER USE BOOKING AGAIN.

Breakfast was good however service was a little slow. The location was great for where our event was located as well as the airport.

I understand that you are still under repairs or upgrades but it those little cosmetic fixes takes away from the look thankfully not the service or comfort.

I love the customer service!!!!!!! Every staff member was friendly from check in to check out !! From phone calls and all !! I appreciate the service !! My daughter 6th birthday party was great !!

Clean, next to good food, friendly staff, awesome room

there’s no path from the side of the building to the sidewalk by the road…my wife and I walked to dinner and that would have made it a bit more convenient (not really an issue tho).

Upon arrival the desk clerk was friendly and very helpful. She had a great sense of humor. The room was clean and comfortable and the walk in shower was a bonus 🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️

Every ice machine was apparently broken. Luckily the lady at the hotel bar let us use the bar's ice.

location was great, good size room

staff gave me issues with my reservation, pool was closed( if you can even call it a pool, lack of appliances in room, bed hurt my back

I enjoyed that this property was near shopping stores and a lot of restaurants.

The only thing that I was sad about was that the Bistro was closed.

The hotel location was perfect. Next to a nice mall area. The outside fire pit was great!

There was no breakfast included because of construction even tho it said there was. The pool was under contruction so we couldn't use it.
