We've stayed here a few times before and as always, the staff were phenomenal. We were checked in by Angela late in the night and she was exceptional. Very kind, friendly and professional. I most definitely recommend this Drury. We've stayed at several and this is our favorite. Oh, the gentleman working when we checked out the following morning was exceptional, too. As a matter of fact, the entire staff are. From the front desk, cleaning staff all the way to the breakfast crew. Just a great group of people.

This is a real review!!! I have been visiting hotels for a long time. I was truly amazed with the staff. Everyone were very nice 👍🏿 . I thought 🤔 they had a drug closet for the employees because they were so nice. I don't know what happened with my reservation but Miss. Angela made it happen. I booked a room through booking. com and used my debit card but one week later booking. com or the hotel couldn't find my reservation but Miss. Angela worked hard to get it done for us. I'm disabled but the accessable room I requested was already booked because of the mistake. Miss. Angela brought a sliding shower 🚿 chair so I could get in the shower. For a able-bought a person it wouldn't be a problem to get in the shower but for me it was acrobatic. The breakfast 🥓🍳 and dinner was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was no one tipped the attendant. The lady was working so hard making sure you were full before you leave. I didn't even know about the three free alcoholic beverages for every guest. The bartender knows how to make a drink. After having your three drink limit you will feel really good. I advise anyone to pickup some snacks and waters at the Walmart down the street because my wife bought two bags of chips, two smart waters, regular water and one soda 🥤 total $25.00. The pool area was nice but the fitness center needs some new equipment. This hotel 🏨 is a pet 🐕🐕 friendly place. I seen four beautiful lovable dogs. I don't think they keep them on floor 1 to 4 but they have rooms in the basement area. The rooms are big enough for four people. Some of the furniture need a upgrade but one thing for sure the beds 🛏️ are very comfortable. I spoke about the bathroom 🚻 earlier but let me elaborate more. The tub and toilet 🚽 area is very cumbersome. The sink area is large enough for two people to maneuver the area. It was a little pricey but I did not take it into consideration breakfast and dinner were included.

I really don't have anything bad 😔 to say about the hotel. This is the hotel problem but booking.com how on earth did y'all lose my reservation.

Great 3 star hotel. Staff was excellent and the location was perfect for our needs. Only compliant is one typical of America hotels- carpeted floors.

the ONLY issue I had with my stay was the AC unit smelled musty when operating and the carpet in the room contributed to a mild dank/musty smell very typical of older US hotels in general. Maybe service the AC unit and clean the filters and vents to remove moisture? and when the next remodel is done drop the carpeted floors all together. all they do is stain and retain moisture and mustiness.

Happy hour was fantastic! It was so nice to be able to stay at the hotel for dinner after a long day on the road. Breakfast was very good with a variety of foods to choose from. The entire staff was attentive to our needs and friendly. After checkout, once I got home, I realized I had forgotten my overnight bag in the room. I called the hotel immediately. The cleaning crew and front desk staff retrieved it and said they would send it via UPS whenever a delivery person stopped by. I assumed I would have to wait at least a week or two, but it arrived on my doorstep fully intact within 5 days.

The hotel was completely booked. We had hoped to visit the hot tub, but the pool area was over run by kids the entire time we were there. It would have been lovely to have an adults only block of time for weary travelers.

This hotel was great, arrived 6;30pm the staff let me know dinner was been serve comp complement til 7pm. But ever rush me to finish eat my dinner. The room was awesome, super clean, the shower …. GREAT good hot water. Not to leave out breakfast., overall a great state we will come again

Not very much if I could say anything coming in there was a train track at the entrance, and the gates was down and no train never came, but overall not much I didn’t like play

This hotel not only has the best buffet breakfast of any hotel we have stayed at, but also has a Diner buffet that was great and also served drinks. Not only coffee and soda but some beer and wine and also some mixed drinks. Room was large and comfortable. Pet friendly

Location may not be the best for some people. Our shower head would not stay in position. If would we would have stayed longer I'm sure we could have had it fixed.

We loved the breakfast and kickback/dinner. We also loved the staff they had for the breakfast and kickback time. They were super friendly. The rooms were very clean And don't get me started about the beds! We slept like babies! We will be staying here again in the future.

We weren't a fan of the pool it needed to be cleaned. Hair was floating in the pool and it had a film of grease on it. But besides the pool everything else about the place was great!

Excellent breakfast, and supper. Room and hotel very clean and comfortable. Excellent Staff ... very friendly and helpful. We will stay at Drury Inn as often as our travels will allow us. Great place to stay and there locations are very convenient!

There were people staying at the hotel that were attending a dog show. A few of these people neglected to clean up their dog droppings outside the rear entrance to the hotel. We informed the staff and they were quick to deal with this problem.

I specifically chose this hotel because of the hot tub and I looked for 30 minutes before booking it online I even called to double check that the hot tub was ready and in use but when I got there it was closed and the next morning it was closed for maintenance until further notice. Very disappointing.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Outstanding staff, especially Angela at the front desk, Cathy and JeMarcus at the 5:30 Kickback and Breakfast. All three were professional and gracious and represented the company extremely well. Cathy, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
