We were moving our daughter from Eugene to Denver and needed a stop about halfway. Best Western are usually nice so we picked this one. The facilities were clean and the double queen room was just what we needed. We did find a rolled up sock on the floor by the lamp. We got in about 11 PM and it was still pretty active outside (Friday night) But the room was quiet, the AC worked well, and after grabbing some rolls from the buffet, we were on our way. It was a nice enough place. We would stay again.

It was fine. We were only there for about 8 hours and I don't really have anything negative to say

I had to walk a long way (for me, single woman, in the dark, after a 600 mile drive) to get ice! From room 165's end past the pool to the ice machine under the stairs. a group of large men in a group smoking I had to walk through. Quite uncomfortable. Isn't there an ice machine indoors? it's something men don't even think about I'm sure. I need the ice for health reasons so it wasn't optional nor unimportant.

We loved the convenience of our stay. We were close to everything we needed. The hotel restaurant (Perkins) was very convenient, served great food; and the 10% discount for hotel guests was a nice touch. The property was well maintained and very clean. Courtyard was nice.

Love the breakfast, I like my privacy so they have magnetic signs when you want the room to be cleaned or just to leave you alone. When you ask for something they deliver with no hesitation. Has a bar and a restaurant within walking distance by the lobby.

The wifi was slow the 1st day.

The beds were very comfortable, the best of our trip. Room was spacious enough to allow us to stretch out after a long day's road trip. We appreciated the elevator close to our room. Great breakfast.

The on-site restaurant was short staffed (a nationwide problem) which caused long wait time for our meal. Staff was pleasant in spite of this.

The location was great! I enjoyed the breakfast, for the last few days they did run out of some condiment supplies and weren’t able to to replenish them before we left. The food was plentiful and the coffee okay.

The first couple of days we enjoyed the pool and spa. The rooms were clean, comfortable and we felt safe. We were there for an event and it was handy just to be Able to walk there. We ate at the restaurant a few times and it was okay. The housekeeping staff resupplied our needs as requested and were friendly and helpful as were the people at the front desk. The lounge and grounds were pleasant and well kept. Shopping was nearby and an easy walk.

The room was clean and comfortable.

When I went to check in the little girl at the front desk was a little stand offish. She also seemed like she did not even want to be there at all.

We came to this property as it had level 2 EV chargers. Room clean and beds very comfortable! Breakfast was good with sausage and eggs. Beautiful grounds and gardens! Convenient just off freeway!

Pet friendly, nice courtyard area to walk dog. Nice complementary breakfast. Had a Perkins on premise for in house meals. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms a little small but clean and comfortable beds.

Breakfast was great and far above what I was expecting after staying at other places we have stayed. Dealing with front desk during check in and checkout was vary pleasant compared to other places we have stayed.
