It was in a quiet location.

Got lost trying to find it. Our GPS couldn’t locate the building. Modern facility but room lacks amenities such as clothes drawers, good lighting and toiletry soap and lotion dispensers are attached to the wall. Okay for a one night stay but not for longer stays. The walkway along the river in the back was littered with dog poop! Not pleasant to walk on.

New hotel with great design. Comfortable, smart TV, great bed. P. S. one upset, this is that when wiping the dust, there are stains from a dirty rag. But apparently this practice is everywhere. (

Brand new hotel. Sparkling clean with super friendly staff.

Two washers and dryers in a huge hotel is not convenient. We were only here one night and needed to do laundry before continuing on our 3,000 mile road trip. At least upgrade to the kind that will notify you when your cycle is complete. We had to ask the front desk to contact a guest so we could do laundry because it was left unattended for a long time. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

The Hampton is perfectly located for our needs.

Hot tub was broken down during our stay. also, there was a barking dog that someone had in their room near ours. I am totally opposed to pets being allowed in motels/hotels unless they are certified assistance animals. we paid a lot for our stay; and for the price, we did not want deal with a barking dog.

Clean rooms with safes and fridges. Also loved that the pool and hot tub was accessible 24/7. Breakfast included, is also a great bonus. Also the noon checkout time is awesome!

Had some guests running up and down hall, but that wasn't the hotels fault.

súper clean, the building must be fairly new, it was beautiful, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the location was perfect for our needs.

the River is right got next to the hotel and although it was good for a walk down the River, I get nervous with kids being around it and how open it is. there were no gates to prevent anyone from falling in. TheSnake river is massive and the water flow is fast.

Location was very nice. Brand new hotel that was super clean and comfortable. Very modern and spacious. Even with some more industrial neighbors, you weren't really aware of them given the way the hotel is situated. Being on the river walk with a big terrace and views out to the river was a big plus. The front desk person that checked us in when we arrived in the evening was super friendly and helpful, as were the morning staff too.

The lighting in the rooms was a little goofy - different types of bulbs in the wall sconces were a little distracting. but not a big deal. Also, for a new build I would expect the noise from above to be less pronounced. But again, not a big deal.

The location was beautiful and we enjoyed the walking path along the river. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The only thing we didn't like was the sliding door on the bathroom. With a family including 2 teenagers, we were all hoping for a little more privacy. The opening on each side of the door made us feel a little exposed and didn't block sound from the bathroom into the room.

Breakfast was OK we are English so not really what we have for breakfast
