The room was clean, beds were comfortable, but we reserved a room with two queen beds and we got two double beds so they were a little small (for larger people). No tissues in tissue holder or anywhere in room. Room was comfortable. Pool was clean. Breakfast area was clean and food was fine. Staff were very nice

the lock on my door did not work for two days in a row. the front desk person had to let me in all the time. instead of putting me in a new room. they had a repair man come to fix the lock while I was still in bed sleeping. I could get up and get ready to get ready for my day until an hour later when the repair man left to get a new lock. it was very awkward

The location was great and the facility was warm and welcoming.

Parking was a mess. Due to remodeling, there were large storage containers taking up a huge section of the parking lot. We ended up having to park off the property and haul our luggage all the way across their property to the main entrance.

The front desk staff was very helpful in providing us with more towels. She delivered them herself. We were accommodated on the second night in a ground-level room. Quiet and across the street from Shopping center & near town.

Nice staff, easy access to the room with getting to park right next to the side door. Pretty trees and a view outside our room. Comfortable bed in a dark and quiet room. I wish we could have enjoyed the pool and hot tub because they looked so nice but didn't have time. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops.

There was a howling dog in the morning that we think may have been left alone by the owners. Wouldn't stop us from staying again!

Never saw staff come out to wipe dirty breakfast tables. I tried to clean my table for the next guest. I was unaware you had to ask for room cleaning. Saw rooms being cleaned near mine so just assumed

Very cozy feeling. Rustic, lodge fit perfectly with surroundings.

The maintenance room was very messy, and unorganized. Which would maybe explain why there were some maintenance issues not taken care of.

Good proximity to Sun Valley and some good food options in town.

The card to get into our room didn't work and the poor young girl working at the front desk could not figure out how to fix it. It took about 30 minutes of us just standing outside the door of our room to be able to get in, but she was very apologetic and was trying very hard to fix it.

Perfectly located in town. The hotel was clean, well stocked and friendly staff. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend friends stay here.

No issues except for limited parking in the lot. Plenty of parking located just outside the lot on the street.

Loved the size of the room, linens were nice, balcony, black out curtains, breakfast and fridge in the room was nice. It was very clean.

Beds were rock hard. Loved everything else but wouldn't stay here again because of the uncomfortable beds, which is too bad, because everything else was great.
