Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. The location is convenient to the town services and convenient for travel to other locations within area.

Heating/Cooling. Room did get warm, but was able to work with thermostat.

Location is far enough off the freeway to be acceptably quiet. Room was typical no frills motel---perfect for a overnight break in a thousand mile road trip. Breakfast was OK, Waffle maker /fruit/yogurt/hot and cold cereal etc. Lots of places to grab a bite within a 5 minute drive, even a couple within walking distance.

No real complaints. Did find it a bit odd that the check in guy asked for a "description of our vehicle".

Our experience was made much better because of the young man who checked us in that afternoon. I made a mistake and thought I’d reserved 2 queen beds but the hotel only has 1 queen for each room. We were pleased with the effort he made to get us a roll away quickly to our room. Problem solved!!

The hotel does not have an elevator so some may have a problem with heavy luggage on the 2nd floor.

Breakfast was awesome, Staff was very friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable, convenient location. rooms/ whole building was very clean.

No elevator, rooms are very small, not enough plug ins, shower was nice size but only one shelf in it, bathroom was Very small. You can hear the people in the other rooms around yours.

This is an older hotel, but was nicely updated. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Quiet. It is a no frills place, but for the price it was great.

NO ELEVATOR !! I'm older with not great knees and I got the last room, which was on the second floor. I ended up leaving things in my car, because I didn't want to make multiple trips up to the room with heavy things. I was able to park in a seemingly safe place, so I wasn't too worried about being broken into.

Convenient location. Clean.

The staff all need to be trained on how to ensure guests can log into Wi-Fi. The last 4 times we have stayed there log in has been tricky and some staff were clueless when the standard way to log in didn’t work. Others knew what to do.

Price, cleanliness, location, friendly staff.

WiFi connection would not connect and no one at the front desk knew how to help. In the past when we’ve stayed there, the same issue occurred. both the person at the front desk knew how to correct the issue.

Room was clean, attractive and functilnal

What you get is not worth the huge fee. We have stayed in at least three other motels on this trip with larger rooms and same functionality and comfort for little more than half the price. It is over charged.

The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. I was made to feel important and wanted. The staff was able to correct the one issue that I had without any complaints or delays.

I am gluten free and the selection of GF items was limited.

Breakfast was very good with many choices - though no hot food except waffles you had to cook yourself. Location was convenient, only a couple blocks off the freeway and very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Smoke alarm "low battery alert" began going off about 2 a.m. and woke me up. Young man at the front desk was very apologetic and came to my room immediately. He couldn't get the cover off the alarm to replace the batteries but with the help of my flashlight, he found a "hush" button which turned off the alert. Not pleased to have my sleep interrupted but the situation was handled very well. Wish I had gotten the young man's name as he definitely deserved extra praise for his help and his great attitude!
