Everything was amazing, including the pre-trip communication. The experience was dinged pretty seriously though on the last day. We were told we could add an extra night at any time because our room was blocked off for an extra day at the end because the cleaning crew is short staffed. I was skeptical but was reassured this was the case. We did need to stay an extra night but on the last day when we told the manager she said our room was booked. That left us frantically packing on our class lunch break with no place to stay that night except an outrageously expensive place up the road. The worst part was the manager was rude and cold about it, and treated us like we were stupid for believing what her employee assured us of. I loved the place, but I'd rather stay in a dump with really good people.

Such a welcoming & comfortable & quiet place. Granted it was off season, so fewer guests, but it felt like our own cabin at times. Hot tub was super bonus, and fireplace in common room made coming in from the cold & snow wonderful.

The room was a bit cold but eventually warmed up. Because of off-season, restaurant choices are few, so ama microwave in the room would have been nice, but once there, we saw there was one for use in common room.

Loved everything about our stay there! The room was very clean and comfortable, there was a cute little spot downstairs to hang out by the fireplace and also a microwave available for guests to use. We felt right at home and we would definitively go back!

The only downside is that the room was a little chilly at night, we could feel cold air coming in through the closed window (though we stayed there during single digit to sub-zero temperatures). However, they had a space heater and blanket available so with those we were able to stay nice and warm.

Great location for our stop. Big skies there in the afternoon/evening and into the stargazing hours. The hot tub was a great addition.

It was quite magical. There is nothing we didn’t like.

view from the back deck was undesirable as it looked at a bunch of fishing equipment. there was a good peak a boo view of the mountain in one direction

This was a beautiful place to stay. I loved the room decor and amazing shower!!! Staff was great. We arrived late and the key was easy to find. Really a nice place to stay, and a great value for a motel like this! I loved that you could pay $2.00 and help yourself to fountain drinks all day long. Very fun. The scenery in this area is stunning!

I wish there would have been a breakfast provided. Lots of hotels are doing take and go sack breakfasts. There's just not much in the area as far as food, so that would have been nice. I wish the jacuzzi had been open (not the motel's fault though.) Parking seemed a bit tight.

Comfortable intimate hotel that provides all the commodities for your trip. It has a lovely downstairs that serves quality food. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nice rooms, nice location, quiet, nice reading room/main room with fire.

It would have been nice to have coffee downstairs in the morning....or tea

They accommodated our late arrival. It was a great facility. I hope to use it again in the future.

A breakfast would have been nice. I know it's the slow season.
