Best Western Prairie Inn & Conference Center

The staff was fantastic, helped me add a night no problem. The breakfast was phenomenal and i was super excited that it wasn't just premade heat and go food with containers of juice. It was nice to be able to eat something they made. Definitely recommend splurging for the king suite with jacuzzi tub. It was kind of loud, but by far the best set up I've ever seen in a hotel. The bed was super comfy and i loved how spacious it was , especially having a little one with us

My complaints feel snobbish but I wish, with such a large room, that the t.v. was situated closer to the middle of the room instead of against the wall. Made it hard to hear and see the t.v. if it wasn't super loud. Or at least made it maneuverable. I guide/helpful instructions for the t.v. would have been nice as well. Had to guess how to make some features work and the channels have no t.v. guide so you had to channel surf to find out what was on. The couch needs updated, really uncomfortable but nice to have nonetheless.

Excellent breakfast variety with hot choices like scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes as well as waffles, muffins, fruit, and cereal. There was an indoor pool available. The grounds were very pleasant and had a nice outside courtyard area with seating. very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy access on and off the interstate. The large rooms were clean and had good mattresses and linens.

Everyone was friendly. New owner went out of his way to introduce himself and talked to us for a while. Breakfast was a nice surprise. Good coffee, scrambled eggs sausage etc. Stayed during class reunion. Wonderful place to stay as courtyard is excellent for socializing.

Breakfast is good, but usually is not enough food to accomodate people who rise after 7:30. Rooms always have plenty of towels, very clean

Pricing has increased significantly in the past year. Giving a $20 reward after a $45 increase doesn't really cut it. Policies regarding locals not staying at the hotel are ridiculous. Someone might want an anniversary evening. Passes to the pool seems a bit much. Kind of like checking into a very nice prison. My last stay I changed hotels and didn't get the third degree for way less money.

Great staff. Great house keeping. Every issue that arose the staff took care of it right away. Very pleasantly surprised on how service oriented they were.

I would have rather had a courtyard side room.

This was the best hotel we stayed at on our whole vacation. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. The breakfast was the best out of all the hotels we stayed at.

the building is really interesting, and the room was huge!

after using the jacuzzi, black stuff was all around the tub :( need to clean the jets out more. That really grossed me out.
