The beds were amazing, best sleep at a hotel we’ve had, and the coffee was excellent. The location was great being close to the freeway and downtown.
Upon arrival, the front desk agent was super helpful when we needed to switch rooms. But our stay was for 4 days and our rooms were not cleaned the entire time. Even after telling the front desk, we still had to ask for towels, shampoo and toilet paper. We also had to find someone to empty our trash. We know they were training new staff but certain things need to be taken care of. Otherwise, it was a lovely hotel and we would stay here again.

Clean. smelled good. Lots of natural light. Staff was great. Good breakfast. Woke up to a receipt slid under my door with all charges on check out day. No further interactions needed. Check in and out was so easy.

The beds were very comfortable and the pillows nice and fluffy!
Our coffee pot in our room. My wife made some hot water for some tea and a lot of black fuzz, bugs, dirt of something came out into her water. She ran it several times and still there were things in her water. She mentioned to the front desk who advised that she was going to replace. I hope she did.
