The bed was EXCELLENT I'd love to have one at home. The lighting was ok. The food was not good!! The orange juice and Apple juice were either bad or watered down. The sausage made me sick!! We partly chose this hotel because of the breakfast so we did not have to eat some where else, but instead had to wait for my stomach to feel better in order to finish our travels.

The front desk staff was/is awesome!! We rented 2 rooms and we had pets. We asked to be on the first floor and close to the exit door. We emailed with the front desk the day before and they assured us that we could have first floor rooms close to the door *and* close to each other. That was awesome! No worrying about arriving early to get a room assigned before the first floor was (perhaps) gone. The lady at check-in could not have been more welcoming!! Our room assignments were as requested. She gave us some great recommendations for restaurant options. Again, just a great friendly lady.

There is only one thing to mention here. In room 102, I sat in the desk chair and nearly fell over backwards. Not sure if it is broken or just needs adjustment. It would be bad it someone really fell over backwards and got hurt.

The room was a great size, we traveled with our child and he had plenty of room to play and lots of space for our stuff. It was pretty quiet on our floor of the hotel. It was near restaraunts and shopping.

Furniture looked a bit worn. We were initially checked into a room already occupied due to poor communication among staff. There was smoking in a smoke free hotel. None of the Staff were wearing masks despite mask required signs everywhere.

The location is easy to get to and there are plenty of places to eat. They have a breakfast...but for the hearty eaters there is a Denny's next door.The staff are friendly and eager to help with any problems you might have.

Staff was accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were excellent and the mattress comfortable.

The breakfast assortment is good, but the taste of the eggs and sausage is poor. Sadly they are the only protein offering on the buffet.

Staff very friendly Enjoyed this particular Baymont. Head and shoulders above most of them! Now for the amenities ..bed was comfortable, parking lot well lit and the rooms were spacious. Tv remote worked well as well as a great numbrr of channels better experience . King sized bed was noisy. (Because of aluminum base....but that's fine ...) great price. Breakfast fare was decent. Fast checkout too.

Well.... The breakfast fare was a little less than I expected. Tiny muffins ......and biscuits could have been warmer.. the coffee was hot... hotel staff was less than helpful in the morning. Great atmosphere though. Very warm and open

Comfortable room set up and bed. Free breakfast. Friendly staff. We've stayed here multiple times over the years, including twice the last month. It's a close location to family when visiting & during holidays. Also good location right off interstate to other shopping & dining locations in town. Have not tried the pool area yet. But the room is usually always clean. Comfy bed. And standard fare on free breakfast with waffle maker etc.

This was a very clean hotel and the common area/breakfast area was very clean. Easy access off of the Interstate. Close to popular restaurants ( Denny's, Cracker Barrel ). We ate at Ariston's ( a Route 66 treasure - highly recommend ).

Staff was pleasant. Room was clean, accommodating and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient.

Floor around bed made a sound like walking on sheet metal. Ceiling above bed showed seams that were bubbled up from moisture. Hard to control room temperature.

the pool, location, hot tub

the hot tub water was an odd color and could have been warmer. the bathroom floor wasn’t real clean
