Best Western Macomb Inn

Nice play to stay. Staff super friendly. Recently remodeled inside. Only issue was in our bathroom the wall behind the door hadn't been completely painted and the tub had some significant cracks in it that made it appear "dirty". Breakfast was decent and the coffee was good.

The pillows are not the most comfortable, thankfully I brought my own from home. The bathroom in room 218 wasn't completely finished as far as painting goes, he wall between the bath door and the tub was only 1/2 painted, the tub has some significant cracks in it that first I thought were hairs left in it before further inspection showed it was damaged.

Nice clean rooms. Great, easy to find location. Pool looked good, although we didn't use it. Nice breakfast. Even though the food was pretty much the same as anywhere else, it was better tasting.

Desk clerk was overworked. was doing the work of three people any time we saw her. Handled it well, despite this.

Everything was really good. No complaints. Granddaughter loved the indoor pool.

No dislikes, just suggestions. Could have used a place to put your small bags instead of the floor. Coffee maker would be better closer to the water, not on the desk. The TV could be a little bigger for the room, but ok, as is.

Very comfortable room with exceptionally friendly staff! We were there for 6 nights over Thanksgiving and the staff were truly a delight to be welcomed by.

No stopper in the bathtub, very random, but no big deal as my grandpa in Colchester had an extra!

Breakfast provided Cleanliness of the hotel Quiet Great value!

Housekeeping specialist made us feel rushed 3 hours before checkout. Same housekeeper Failed to greet me in the same manner she greeted another gentleman in same hallway. I must of looked intimidating:(

Room was.comfortable , parking , location was perfect for the university.

The hotel wouldn't accept cash payment , which is hard with work stays . Some areas in the room ( bedside lockers and carpets ) aren't the cleanest .

It was a quiet hotel. The staff was mostly very nice. It was very clean. Pool was great! The food was great for my family. It was a well maintained facility. Hotel was very easy to find. Close to stores and gas stations and local attractions. Would definitely recommend to other travelers!

The breakfast was great. Excellent selection. I particularly liked the scrambled eggs and little omelettes. You get a full course breakfast. This is one of the reasons we choose the Best Western, so we don’t have to go out and find a place to eat.

The TV could have been a bit larger. There is a big backboard that could accommodate a larger screen TV.

We were able to check in early so we could make it to graduation.

That room service was knocking at our door at 8:00 am . And started to let themselves in before we got to the door. As we were yelling we’re still here. They should have a list of the rooms people are in a d not go to them till they check out. What if I was in the shower a d didn’t hear them. That’s my only complaint. The rest of the visit was good.

didn't eat breakfast. We were in Macomb to visit our son and we took him out to breakfast. The coffee was excellent and I liked the fact that I was able to get coffee whenever I wanted.

Every thing was great. That's why we always stay there when we visit Macomb. It's always been a pleasant stay.
