The room seemed to be super clean and the bedsheets were so comfy as well as the pillows -- the two most importnat aspects of traveling. The other guests seemed to be of "good quality" and were quiet in the hallways. I was never woken up by any other guests.

The "back entrance" from the back parking ramp was a little dingy looking. I understand leaves blowing in but it looks like the area could use a good cleaning with some elbow grease put into it. But once I encountered the atmosphere of the hotel, I was super pleased.

A handy location, quiet, in a good area and close to O'Hare airport, with free shuttle service available. Also close to L-train to city centre (5 minute walk to station) and supermarket. In-house bar and grill is good. Good sized room that was very clean. Reasonably priced in a relatively expensive-to-stay city. We would have no qualms in staying here again.

A pity the pool is still closed - it can get hot in Chicago in summer

I chose this hotel for two reasons: price, which compared to downtown prices was extremely good: and location, both close to O'Hare airport and withing walking distance to the CTA blue line to go downtown. It was a 40-minute ride which was very practical for our purposes. Room and breakfast were standard, but good. The hotel includes parking with no cost, which is also a plus compared to other hotels. If I have the chance to go back to Chicago I will definitely consider this hotel.

Safe box did not work, so we could not store valuables there. Nevertheless, and the reason why I rated it 9 and not 10,is that after the pandemic this place has opted out for cleaning rooms only every 5 days, so in our case it was never done. You can request special cleaning with a 24-hour advice, and also toiletries at the reception, but in principle you should be aware the room will not be cleaned every day as in the old pre-pandemic times.

It is near a metro station from a line that goes to the airport and the city, so metro is easy to use to get there. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the airport, with a lot of frequency and, in our case, it was very punctual. The beds are comfy and everything was very clean.

There was a lot of noise in the corridor and rooms are not very isolated, so it was not possible to sleep without earplugs.

Excellent location is proximity of the train suits you. Clean and quiet hotel, will not disappoint. Bar is open long hours.

The breakfast was not quite there in therms of variety, taste and value for money. I decided to eat in the city instead. There was only one coffee in the room per person, I wish I could pay for more extra coffee cartridges.

We were happy to find a hotel with free parking and within 10 minutes walk to the subway station. We were happy to walk and take the blue line subway to and from downtown each day, to avoid driving and parking downtown. If you time it right, you can even have the airport shuttle drop you off at the subway station. The breakfast was also excellent.

The room was as expected 2 queen beds that were comfy and bedding that was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the towels nice. We did not stay for breakfast. Parking lot was nice also.

There was something with the a/c unit that was dripping water on the floor.

Room was very nice and clean. Bed and blankets/pillows very comfy. AC unit worked great and kept us at our desired temperature. Check in was easy.

The showers water pressure was a mild drizzle. It was barely coming out so it was difficult to shower properly.

Location, price, modern and up to date.

1. My room smelled like years of built up smoke. I'm guessing it was updated but sonetimes that smell just doesn't go away... 2. There was a highschool group that was poorly chaperones during breakfast at no fault of the hotel.

Check-in was smooth; having breakfast included was nice, beds were comfortable.

The air conditioner made a variety of strange noises; had I been aware of this earlier, I would have contacted the staff. Also, I was told that breakfast would be available from 6:30-9:30; however, I wasn't told that I would be shooed out of the restaurant promptly at 9:30 a.m.
