Quality Inn Jacksonville near I-72

Very clean, loved that it was a non- smoking facility that seemed to actually enforce that. One of the few hotels I've stayed at that doesn't smell like weed or smoke at all. Spacious room, nice pool, friendly staff, quiet and calm night. I couldn't eat most of the breakfast items due to food restrictions (most of it was bread items), but it looked very good. Felt very safe staying alone here.

Just a few minor things. Pillows were small and lumpy. Bathtub faucet was hard to get completely off and the closet door almost came off the hinges. Around 8:30 am the housekeeping staff opened my door and walked in without knocking or announcing themselves. I was not angry, knew it was a mistake, she apologized, and thankfully I was properly dressed. Did startle me though, could have been quite embarrassing for both of us! 😆

Hotel is right off the exit, but we never heard any road noise. The room was clean and large. Refrigerator in room was a big help as we had brought food for a funeral. .

Breakfast was good, but would have liked to have had eggs. Being a diabetic, it's important to have protein along with carbs. But overall the foods offered were fresh and hot. There was a good selection available.

It was clean and welcoming the place was so busy and all of the staff on duty handles it all very well and still had lots of patience

Workers were nice the kids loved the pool and everything was clean

The staff was great. Breakfast wasn't that good. The biscuits and gravy were OK, nothing to drink besides coffee though since the juice machine wasnt working.

Breakfast wasnt that great. The bathroom door hit the toilet when it was opening or closing, which seems to be an issue as well.

Quiet and clean, I slept well every night , the pool area looked good but I didn't get a chance to use it.

The exterior door near the stairs is not secure.

Good value for the money. Biscuit and gravy were delicious. Warm pool was great.

Bathroom fan too loud. No real GF option for breakfast. Boiled egg would be nice. Missed having a hot tub.

It was a very convenient location just off the highway.

The room needs work. I was afraid to open the closet door as it was obviously off track and merely propped against the closet. It looked dangerous like it would fall if I touched it.

The room was surprising spacious. There was a neat little kitchen counter with sink and plenty of counter space, plus a good mini-fridge and microwave. Really loved having a luggage cart to move my stuff!

Everything was clean. Breakfast had a good variety . Over all good experience.

Lady at front desk had an attitude when I had to ask for a spare key because my kids locked the door without taking the key.

The older gentleman working the front desk when we checked in, and was there the next morning also. Very hard worker, very kind.

The shower faucet was very hard to use. Seemed lose and broken.
