The room was huge and very clean and comfortable. We had a small problem with our original room that they couldn't fix and they immediately put us in another room and offered to help us move and gave us vouchers for breakfast the next morning! Excellent customer service and very friendly people! Breakfast ended up being wonderful also. Thank you so much. The girl working at the bar/restaurant downstairs was awesome too. Super friendly!

The live tv channels you get aren't too many but we werent in the room that much so it really didn't matter.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially when the room we requested was not the same that they had in the system, they very nicely upgraded us. The roof top, the bar, and the cafe/restaurant were all amazing.

Not sure about if it’s booking.com or the hotel, but please don’t over book rooms and just expect that smaller but more beds is acceptable. Restaurants were not open on Sunday more than breakfast/brunch. Wanted to try out the restaurant/bar on Sunday but we’re not able. And no other restaurants in the downtown area were open.

We really liked Room 501. This spacious corner room was exceptional. We hope to get that room or similar again.

We were disappointed the Rooftop Bar closed at 10pm and we arrived just after 10pm. The next night the Rooftop Bar was closed due to a private party. That bar is a special feature of the hotel and we wanted to share it with the others we were travelling with.

My husband and I wanted to get away for a night on our anniversary. The staff were wonderful and upgraded us to a suite which was very much appreciated. We went upstairs to the roof top to enjoy the sun setting. Breathtaking views any where you look. The Cafe was cute with a lot of local products which we loved seeing! There was a wonderful robe to use while we were there. They sent us up an extra one so we could both use them. Very relaxing. Very calm. Very happy.

It is down the street from the police and fire departments. You can hear them throughout the night, but didn’t bother us much.

I could not be more impressed with my stay. I booked with Booking.com and added in the extra box, "It is our wedding night." Hotel Elkhart, you went ABOVE and beyond! Our room was upgraded and included some snacks, champagne, and a lovely card. I am so so thankful you made my wedding night so special. My husband loved it too. We will be back! Thank you again!!!

The rooms, and whole entire hotel was gorgeous and up to date.

The manager staff, they were kind of rude like they didn’t want to be there or work there. It was just a normal day, not busy at all and they seemed irritated and were disrespectful.

Location and style of the hotel

They were not notified of my request for late check out. I requested it through booking.com app... I received an email confirming my request and it was marked approved. The hotel was not notified so it did not show on my reservation.

Large comfortable room. Delicious food onsite, with craft cocktails. Rooftop bar.

No fault of theirs, but because of short staffing the Relish bistro was closed and there was 1 waitress in the bar/dining room.

Traveled from Ohio to see Big Bad Voodoo Daddy concert. Location was perfect. Beautiful establishment. I will recommend your facility and will stay again if in the area.

it felt like a step back in time from the outside and some nostalgic things on the inside, yet was incredibly modern and cozy & comfy!

I didn't like there were no microwaves or mini refrigerators in rooms!! this was a huge bummer!
