Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenfield, an IHG Hotel

location, room was close to main office, breakfast and pool. parking close to our room.

pool walls are rusting and peeling. did not sleep well the second night due to a dog in the room above our room, jumping up and down off beds, running, barking from 10:30pm til after 11 pm and barking and jumping in the middle of the night. just curious why people bringing pets aren’t placed in rooms on the first floor close to entryways? Just makes more since.

The breakfast was in a convenient location and was very well laid out. It had a nice variety of food and beverages. The food that we ate was very tasty. The cinnamon rolls were exceptionally good as was the bacon and the omelet. I appreciated the choice of cranberry juice being in the juice selection. There was sufficient seating.

The omelets were not as hot as I would have liked them to be.

Room cleanliness. The breakfast was great. Tha staff was friendly and polite..

Everything was great except we couldn't get in our room with our key card. . Had to have reception let us in. Afterwards I identified the door lock just needed a little attention as when I swiped my card I heard the lock movement but when moving the handle to get in, normal handle operation would not allow entry. You had to twist the handle "extra" hard to get in. Something normally you would not have to do.

Very comfortable beds. Simply the best hotel breakfast I have had. The breakfast staff mingled with the guests asking if there was anything they needed, was everything alright, could they get them anything. They should be commended.

Breakfast was good; front desk had a mini-market adjacent to it with microwave-able food; no trace of smoke smell anywhere in the building; room was spotless; even our pet was visibly happy to be there.

Nothing unpleasant noted.

Juice machine for breakfast didnt work and neither did the dryer. was there for basketball and son needed to clean his uniform in between games. luckily we had a player in nearby hotel to help dry his clothes.

We were very happy that a full breakfast was available! Many other hotel reviews stated boxes of cereal and bagels were all that were offered but at this hotel we enjoyed biscuits and gravy, pancakes, muffins, eggs, bacon and sausage and more! More than once we had the entire pool and hot tub to ourselves and both were in great condition. The shower pressure was amazing and the room was comfortable.

staff were awesome. The hotel manager made me laugh out loud…shift after a 12 hour drive with 2 dogs.

kept up because of another guest above us who paced the floor all night. not the hotels fault but it was loud.

Excellent location, right off the freeway. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds. Will stay again when driving through.

Walls were a little thin.
