Breakfast was above average compared to like properties I have attended. Very clean and well equipped rooms

Online said restaurant attached. However after reservation and checked in found restaurant closed for renovations. Small lounge with some bar food and drinks on property closed early . Didn’t like $250 extra charge put on my credit card in case of damage to room and handed paper at checkin warning me to not make noise and upon second warning I would be removed. As a 71 year old retired senior military officer I found this offensive and in traveling my entire life all over the world have NEVER seen this before. Very strange????

We really enjoyed the pool, sauna, lounge, room, and breakfast.

Really, the only thing that would have made our stay better was having heat in the hallways and the sky walk to the pool area. Every time we went to the pool or breakfast we had to go across the skywalk which was freezing! Nothing like getting out of the pool and have to go into a skywalk that was 30 degrees. LoL. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is located next to major intersections and very close to many shopping areas. The bed in the room was very comfortable. I did not use the pool or whirlpool, but they were both a good size and looked very nice. I will stay here again when I am in Cedar Rapids again.

The hotel entrance is a bit hard to find if you are heading north from 1st Avenue.

like the old Holiday inn from the 70s and 80s where there is arcade and pool tables nestle the pool. It was fun. The breakfast was really good and the rest of the family enjoyed the Coffee place across the street.

Hallways were not that great could have been worse but the rooms were wonderful and beds were comfortable. staff also made sure our rooms were next to each other

The breakfast was great..lots of choices and plenty to eat. The pool and hot tub were nice. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Was easy to get to and close to where we needed to be. Plenty of parking.

Only complaint I had was the bathroom floor was not clean. there was a bobbie pin, some lint and screw on the floor which told me it had not even been swept. otherwise every thing else was clean and welcoming!!

The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

There was a strong electrical smell in the lobby that we notified the front desk about and the light to right of the bathroom mirror was flickering off and on every few minutes.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the Cedar Rapids area. The pool area/game area/breakfast area was wonderful. Hot fresh breakfast ready to go at 6:00 am when we needed it. Friendly staff and affordable rates.

The sheets were scratchy and I'm guessing that is just because they are old. Also, the rooms and other areas of the hotel were a little musty and humid.

Breakfast had hot foods like Sausages. Scrambled Eggs, and Hash Browns. Two separate buildings with a skyway connected the main building to the building with an Indoor pool, poolside guest rooms, and small bar area. Hotel was full and busy. Surprisingly, the main building was quiet for sleeping. No guests yelling in the halls at 2 am.

Great room, very clean and quiet. Very nice setup. Up to date bathrooms with good water pressure. Really good breakfast. Have zero complaints. Would stay here again for sure!!
