We choose this hotel every time we stay in Orange City. The rate is low, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast includes waffles and pastries. A delicious cafe is across the street. The staff is helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.
I can't think of anything they could improve on. It's a great value for the area.

stayed in room 117. floor above was very creaky. amazingly loud when the occupant walked. woke us up every time they got up. never had this issue before but this was the first time we stayed in this particular room
