Lakeside Hotel Casino

Loved it was on a lake but was about dried up lol. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Motel needs remodeling its old and super 8 motel feel to it. More lights better beds the bed was hard as a rock and lumpy. Add some family friendly fun and you’ll have alot more variety in customers from gamblers to pools kids and theaters! Arcades funcity something to add into the casino fun offer childcare for traveling families that do the family fun during the day and want the casnio adult fun at night leave the kids in the room or the banquet hall or lazer tag whatever use ur imagination

I like that there are places to visit in the area. (Covered bridges) The hotel was clean. Friendly helpful staff. Free coffee, restaurant with buffet, bar, Casino… of course.

I was not happy that the dresser in my room was broken. 2 stayed a weekend and it would have been nice to unpack. Also the room was dim and one of lamps had a burnt out lightbulb. The front desk replaced it when asked. I thought the bed was hard and we only had 3 pillows.

Everything was so clean and well maintained. We had the suite and it was far better than I could of ever imagined. The bed was so comfortable! Upon arrival they asked if we wanted patio access and that made the whole experience even better being able to sit lakeside. We loved everything about our stay!

The pillows were the best I've ever had at a hotel. And the room had a very spacious layout.

The fact that we made a reservation and they didn't have it. So now I have to dispute the charges because I was charged $50 more than what I had booked online. Also, a lot of walking is involved to get through the hotel to the casino. Handicap parking was a long way from the door and we had 2 handicapped people in our group.

Listen, stay in a casino, it's gonna smell a bit like smoke, you deal with it. Other than this, folks were extremely nice, I had the best sleep I've had in weeks in the most comfy KING bed, room didn't feel tiny with dollhouse furniture, and actually was very spacious with giant TV, and all the comforts. I have nothing but love for this place. AND, I won back what I spent on the entire evening before, the very next morning. I love Lakeside.

Unfortunately, we were not able to use our "free room" coupon due to the fact that we booked through Bookings.com rather than the Lakeside website. The price was still reasonable. We love the hotel and stay there often. Rooms are always clean and the staff is terrific. They are doing some remodeling in the casino and ballroom areas of the the hotel, however, it didn't affect our stay.

Everything was fine. I only wish their buffet was still open...maybe someday soon. :-)

The room was an executive suite. I booked a non smoking but pet friendly room. It was not satisfactory so they upgraded my room which was excellent. Large, quiet, good location.

Restaurant closed between breakfast and lunch.

Lost $ at casino So thought I would try my luck at the vending machine up by my room seen a couple of bags of chips stuck thought if got 1 or 2 they push was wrong lost 7 $in there too so no luck any machines

Had a great time at the casino. Dinner at the restaurant was good. Staff was awesome!

Drain in the sink was plugged up. Water pressure in the shower was a little weak. There was a broken table in the closet.

I was only going to stay here as I stayed here before and lived the hot tub and pool area! After a long drive and dealing with my mother dying I was looking forward to the hot tub and it was closed. I was devistated!
