The staff was helpful. The room clean.

The free breakfast consisted of a pot of coffee and 3 little Debbie oatmeal cookies to enjoy. That was it. Could have been a lot better.

Room was comfortable

Room was dirty. Walls need washed, especially in the bathroom where there is nasty stuff on the walls and stuff had dripped down and dried.

Bed was comfortable

Rug needed vacuumed and ceiling in bathroom was offensive. Was to be a no smoking rooms area but every time I would use bathroom could smell cigarette smoke from other rooms, made my allergies flair up bad!!!, forced to shower at families home and spend as little time as possible in my room. And refrigerator froze all my water.

The room was clean but needed updating! Some outlets were broken. Never saw much staff. No one ever seems to be at the front desk. People being loud in the halls way till late at night and people upstairs were very noisy. Room was cleaned everyday!

Stains on the ceiling. NO breakfast as advertised! When I booked it said breakfast included! Upon check in the guy handed me keys and that was it gave us no information. No password for the WiFi never told us no breakfast. No information in the room.....

it was filthy. disgustingly filthy. the toilet bowl looked like it had never been cleaned. the light fixture was dirty and grungy.

The bed was comfortable.

The first room we were given, the television did not work and the toilet was plugged. They moved us to another room and the drape was hanging off the window and the sink would not drain. There was really ugly water in the sink and looked like it had been there for awhile. They had no other rooms available so we had to make do with this room.

Location was great staff was good but got to hotel was told they canceled our reservation, then got charged 3 times for it. They did give us a room for the first night but they were having a lot of problems accommodating anyone. Then when we got home they charge our card 3 time for 3 different stays. I called and was told that they only charged us once I am in contact with the credit card company to see if I can get it taken care of. Not sure if I will ever book again at one of these or at Booking.com

Bugs on the beds, nothing worked. Only good thing was it was airconditioned when we were suffering from heat stroke. We left the next day, didn't stay as long as we had intended.

It was the most disgusting and filthy hotel I have ever stayed at in my 60 years of life! Big holes in blanket, duct tape wrapped around heater cord, which didn't work in ANY capacity! Tried turning it on in morning because it was cold, to no avail! Nothing worked on it!!. The sink drained SLOW. Shower head covered in lime and filth. Water pressure was almost non existent. Light bulb in lamp was burnt out. Layers of dust covered everything! Trash on floor in bathroom. I just truly did not understand...I called general manager. He barely spoke English...It was truly PATHETIC. I am not a complainer. But this hotel, merits complaining.

Bad

Lack of Maintaince; broken toilet. Changed rooms; bathroom ceiling broken. Tv didn’t work; ice machine broken. Dirty clothes behind chair when we moved ! No breakfast of any kind etc. I slept in my clothes; They should not be available on Booking.com
