Breakfast was fine.

The heating and cooling system kept going off and on all night. WE set it for "constant fan", but that did no good. I finally had to put in ear plugs. I was very surprised to walk in to register and find an empty desk with an order to phone for help. Not hospitable. It seemed as if the person at the desk was also running around doing other things in the hotel. Staff shortage?

Good breakfast with all the usual offerings. Check in was quick and easy. Location right by I-70 was excellent for our purposes. Room was clean and comfortable; had both fridge and microwave which can come in handy.

My only small complaint was the window A/C unit which was a bit noisy when it came on. But I guess there's not much that can be done about that,

The room was nice and comfortable. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. We have four people in our party. My youngest son and I came down for breakfast at about 9am. The hotel has staff there to serve you so the guests have no contact with the food. The two employees that were there assisting with breakfast were exceptional. They were so friendly and helped my son and I package everything so we could carry four to go boxes with drinks back to our room.

We booked two Queen beds but when we got to our room the beds were Full size.

We were covering many miles so we arrived in the evening and left in the morning. We pretty much slept, showered, ate and left. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was terrific. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Anytime you travel there is a bed/pillow transition. They were comfortable enough. Not like home, but very few hotels regardless of price are.

Facility is really new, very comfortable bed. Excellent noise damping, you barely hear anything when someone else walks in the hallway, or your neighbor shuts the door. You can expect a good night sleep here.

Breakfast was not that great, grab-n-go options are provided during COVID times which is understandable, but the items are not replenished and the area is not taken care of. Housekeeping may need to pay attention to more details we found blood on the toilet bowl. The rate was quite high when we booked.

Breakfast girl was friendly. Breakfast was satisfying.

$200.00 for one night stay for two people was high. The bathroom flooring looked like someone put contact paper over tiled flooring and the shower pan had dirty black marks.

We loved the pampered feeling of a lovely room, quality linens, a remote that worked and very well kept building so much that we have stayed at more Holiday Inn Express Hotels as we drive across the country.

Only flaw was the breakfast staff person not having our request slips that we turned in the night before. We weren't the only ones to have breakfast confusion. Once we got it, breakfast was good.

the hallways weren’t air conditioned the temp was 81 degrees.. the ac in the room was set at 70 when we arrived and the room seemed stuffy we set it a 68 and the room didn’t really cool off

The location was great, close to the visitor's center and Walmart. The staff was helpful and friendly even during Covid. The room was comfortable and clean. It was helpful to have a microwave and refrigerator in our room. The town itself did not offer many healthy eating choices so this was appreciated.

I would have liked to have a small table in our room, especially since we had to eat breakfast there because of Covid.

The room was very spacious and attractive. The bed was very comfortable.

The hallway was very hot. There wasn't a restaurant available. The location did not offer very many amenities.
