The staff was friendly and professional yet relaxed. That's one thing that bothers me about more expensive hotels is that the staff is uptight and and the environment isn't relaxing. I stay here every time I'm in Great Bend (quite often) because everything works well, it's clean, affordable and they have smoking rooms which is a huge deal to me.
The shower wasn't great. Had a hard time getting the temperature right, the showerhead was at a weird angle and wasn't adjustable but it worked well enough

The front desk staff have been very kind and helpful... always made sure I felt comfortable and needed anything I only had to ask...I would Definitely come back to stay again if ever I need a room again..

I had one issue but the owners fixed it and I was pleased with the exceptional speed in correcting the small issue. It was a clean and so peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and everything I needed was with in walking distance from the motel. I will definitely be staying here again.

The price is too high for no more then what you’re getting. However with how times are I understand with covid. But next time If I’m paying that much we’ll stay at a nicer place.

There wasn't a full continental breakfast like I was hoping for. But I understand with the pandemic that it's not really a possibility.
