The property was excellent. Great condition, it’s in a fantastic area with lots of restaurants - a few within walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful too. We stayed as a family, four people - two adults and two older children for a week long sports tournament- the king suite with sofa bed was decent enough size for us although next time I’d book two queens simply for the extra floor space. Shower pressure was great and the shower is large so two adults, if desired, could share it and still have elbow room. Breakfast had lots of options for everyone and was well stocked over the entire breakfast hours. Will definitely book here again.

I was surprised to see that there were no USB outlets for charging my laptop and cellphone, and no personal-sized lotion, toothpaste, facial soap in the bathroom.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast options, great location for us.

Everything was great except....the water pressure in the shower is terrible. We've stayed here before and noticed the same issue. Takes 3 times longer to shower because of the poor water pressure and particularly annoying if you also wash your hair. Time waster. Also, the towels are rough and uncomfortable.

This Hyatt is an a clean safe location. We were in Kansas City for my son’s basketball tournament. It was a little out-of-the-way, but was recommended to us by a friend. It is very close to the highway so accessible and coming from a rule area. It was a little louder than I’m used to for sleeping, breakfast was good. Lots of options. The staff kept it clean and full. We ate dinner next-door at Jack stacks which was excellent a short walk away. I went and got a coffee at the market.

This is hands down the best place I have stayed since moving to the US a year ago. Room was clean and spacious. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was great! The staff: I can’t say enough good things about them. I traveled with my little Yorkshire terrier and they asked me several times if I needed anything…for me or for her! I came for the Billy Joel concert and booked this hotel by random choice. It will be my go to anytime I need to come to KC in the future. THANK YOU!

The door of neighboring room was loud when it closed, but other than that, it was great!

This property is in an excellent location. There is a lot to in the surrounding area. One of Kansas City’s most beloved BBQ restaurants called Jack Stack’s is basically attached to the Hotel. Anyone traveling alone would feel 100% safe in this establishment, and would be able to move freely in the neighborhood without any concerns. If you’re in town to attend a Chiefs game though, it’s about a thirty minute drive from the hotel.

The Property was great.

It was late so and the staff worked quick to get us checked in, we had a suite so it was in a corner in 4th floor which was perfect since there were a lot of kids staying for sports championships so we didn’t have to hear the other room doors open and closing all night.

When booking through booking.com you have the option to pay cash at the location. When we arrived and ready to pay cash per our choice the host refused to allow us to pay cash and required a card. Make sure requirement’s are updated across all platforms. Some people may not have funds in an additional card to pay vs the cash on hand and banks are not open late at night to make deposit on card.

The room was very nice and large I loved the ease getting in and out of the building and access. The room was very clean and accommodating. The location was close to I435 as well.

I did not like how the parking lot was very small and I was forced to park away from the building later on in the evening. The most parking spaces were on the other side of the convention hall they had.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had asked to check in early and have a late check out and they made the extra effort to thrill and delight us.

The only feedback I received from the group is that a few of the early risers would have liked breakfast to have started at 6am rather than 6:30, but there were only compliments on the quality and offerings.

Great location to the Aquatic center for a swim meet and near multiple restaurants. The workout facility of the building was great and easy access at all times. Excellent customer service.

The shower would not shut off and had to move to another room.
