The staff ladies were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wish I'd been prepared for the pool! That was a plus. Maybe next time. Location was great. Didn't get to try breakfast. A nice walking trail ran along the property in front.
I'm a senior and would have liked brighter lighting in room lamps. Ice from the ice machine left particles in the bucket that I could see after ice melted.

We stayed for 4 days so we just had housekeeping give us towels, washrags, and garbage bags. We would give her our dirty stuff and garbage and everything was great. They were so nice and friendly. The entire staff was great.
I didn't get my points on my choice rewards and I have been trying to add them but it won't let me. I got the points for one of the nights but not the others. I had rooms 212, 236, 219 and 220.

the A/C in the room even at 65F barely kept the room at 70. it wasn’t the end of the world and more of a hassle to switch rooms or have someone come at look at it while we were gone.

Commode continually self flushed all nite. Ie the tank leaked thus water filling regularly. Adds to water bill. Basin faucet hard to position to shut off water flow. Again adding to operational cost thus creating room increase
