Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice area to walk our dog.

There was no breakfast served. Bathroom (specifically tub area) De finally needs an upgrade. Check out was not until noon. Around 10 when my husband was out of the room loading the car and I was alone in the room, the door opened partly and I could see that it was a housekeeping cart. The door quickly shut when I am sure housekeeping realized we were still in the room. They did not knock or anything - just opened the door. Need to implement a better system to notify housekeeping when someone has actually checked out before just going to the room and opening the door.

The staff were all very professional, personable and friendly. The GM explained the charges fully and fixed an issue with billing very expeditiusly. Clean and comfortable bedding, room has so many extra areas for storage! They took the extra steps to clean the carpets and air conditioning units during my stay which I really liked as far as cleanliness. I would definitely recommend and revisit this hotel in the future. The location is excellent and near many attractions, close to the Illinois border so a wonderful choice if visiting both KY and IL.

I would have preferred more towels and the availability to have brought to the room. I didn't care for having to walk my towels down to the front lobby to change out, also should have extra toilet paper available in the rooms on standby. Otherwise, everything was lovely.

Staff was very nice and accommodating.

There were no individual shampoos, conditioners, or soaps...just one size pump containers(not COVID-19 safe, no lotion at all, no dish rags or towels in the kitchen, and there were dishes left in the dishwasher with standing water still in it.

Clean smelling and looking. Most everything seemed to be in good order.

The only complaint I have was that the bedroom door in our suite was misaligned and wouldn’t shut or lock.

Nice room, comfortable and clean. Great bed, pillows and sheets.

Very bland entry and halls. Had difficult time waking the front desk clerk to check out. Soap dispenser empty.

No hot water in the kitchenette sink. The exhaust fan is loud, would prefer option of using it instead of consistent w/ light switch

They don't tell you about incidentals until you check in. This should be told when booking room.

They could serve breakfast, they have a little shop where you can buy pastries, but that is it.
