Friendly staff and comfortable beds and a cheap place to stay for a few nights. The outside pool was open and was very nice and clean.

Not much of a selection for breakfast besides a typical cold style breakfast. Only hot breakfast was biscuits and gravy but otherwise there was cereal, toast, bagels but no cream cheese, donuts, and english muffins and instant oatmeal packets. They do offer hot coffee which was decent and a juice machine. The rooms were very small, full size beds with travel sized pillows, and were very musty and smelled of mold and very outdated from the mid 90's. The rooms are accessed outside and are not located inside the main hotel.

Check-in was great. I had requested a king smoking room on the ground floor since I have a muscle disorder and have trouble with stairs. When I checked in, the nice lady at the desk explained that there was not my requested room type on the ground floor, but would I accept a double. Since it was just me, I was fine with it. I was early but decided to see if my room was ready, it was. The housekeeper, Michelle, left a nice note welcoming me to my room. Will stay here again.

Great value hotel just off 24. For the money, this was the best value we could find in the area with a breakfast and a pool. The continental breakfast was completely adequate. The beds were comfortable and the AC was quiet.

The rooms are a little on the small side with two beds and two chairs and a big tv stand and a desk. The internet was spotty in our room which was far from the front desk.

Staff was amazing from the time we checked in until the time we left. Room was no frills, but clean and the hotel was close to plenty of food and shopping options. It's also close to both Land Between the Lakes Recreational area and Shawnee National Forest for plenty of outdoor activities. Will definitely stay again on our future trips.

Not so much a hotel problem, but didn't appreciate the fishermen waking us up at 6:15 am by screaming at each other right outside our room.

For a value/budget hotel- this place is awesome. The young lady at the front desk last night & the one this morning were friendly, helpful & efficient. It’s plain to see they take pride & joy in their job. I didn’t use the breakfast facilities or pool so I can’t rate those. But all in all a great stay & I would highly recommend.

property was clean, room was clean, hotel was in a great location. easy to get to. the receptionist at checkin was the only staff we had contact with and she was awesome. great personality, super happy and friendly. she instantly started our stay out the right way

It cost me 203 and some change for two nights it cost a family of four next to me $57 and some change to stay for one night I feel like you all rip me off and the day will be stay I went online what you guys again in the room was $61 a day wow
