La Quinta by Wyndham Alexandria Airport

The ceilings are so thin, I could hear the people above me each time they flushed the toilet, took a shower and dropped the soap in the shower. It kept me up all night.

The breakfast and swimming pool rooms were spacious as well

Property was great and staff was great as well with the exception of 1 receptionist they acted like they didnt want to be there and was rude every time i needed something which to me didnt seem to b that much she would hang up on me when i called and requested a crib for my son to sleep in but other than her it was a great experience and enjoyable time that i got to spend with my children which i dont get to do much bc i work out of town and most of the times out of state

The breakfast I was expecting waffles like it had siad on the site.

Hotel was very nice, room was great, breakfast was tasty and pool was relaxing....we would stay again.

No soap holder in the shower and the chairs outside in the pool area need fixed or replaced. Broken chairs made for limited seating for our large group of family members that traveled to Louisiana for a family funeral 💔 😢

1st booking price was lower and room exceeded expectations. Very clean room. Bathtub had small rusty stain but clean so did not bother me at all. Other than that small thing far exceeded similar hotels for better price which exceeded my expectations

1st booking water did not get hot enough. 2nd booking was higher price. Breakfast did not have enough diabetic options

Excellent staff, Safe environment, room was comfortable and clean.

Parking. Husband handicapped, on walker, had to drop him off at door and than find parking around building. If out late night ( coming in from family function ) or for whatever reason , forget close parking. However area was well lit. I am elderly and cautious about my surroundings especially at night. Most difficult when carring bags. BUT the walk was worth the sacrifice for an otherwise good stay.

dog hair on the floor. I do not like dog hair. I know it is difficult to clean a floor that has dog hair on it. This may just be my personal preference. I know people bring their pets along. It was on my slippers and shoes. I do not walk bare footed in my own home.

This hotel is always clean and the staff is helpful if problems arise.

I'm not a fan of the breakfast but it is your basic continental breakfast. There is a cracker barrel across the parking lot though. I wish they would offer a double queen room because double beds are not the best sleeping on for 2 adults unless you like to cuddle all night. My kids( young) on the other hand had no problems sleeping together.

Room was very clean and hotel was exceptionally quiet…no noise from other guess even in the hall. Room was comfortable but either mattress needed to be flipped or replaced and even though pillows are fluffy, once you rest your head on them they feel hard…but it could be me because I usually travel with my own. Breakfast was fine

Again, just the mattress.

we stayed 6/12 and again 6/16. Stay in 6/12 was very good from the start. Front desk staff knew exactly how to handle guest and got us checked in very quickly. Stay on 6/16 was not as efficient- could tell staff was new and other gal (which was the same front staff on 6/12) had to help get us checked in.

Getting a bit run down and could use some upgrades.
