what breakfast? there was none! The only thing nice about this place was the staff they were great Dakota was awesome!

Your website states continental breakfast the major reason I booked at this place is that both my son and husband are disabled and need to eat as soon as they get up to take medication with food. Roaches in the room! Bathroom toilet, shower disgustingly dirty. No ice. If a business is under contruction and certain guess ammenties are not available maybe update your website!

The front desk staff were great when they weren't away from the desk which was 90% of the time due to under staffing. The location was wonderful for us as it was only minutes from the family we were visiting. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The coffee area out front was dirty. You could tell it hadn't been wiped down any the 3 days we were there. Breakfast wasn't offered as stated when booking. When I asked about it they said the kitchen was destroyed. Due to under staffing I had a hard time extending our stay and had to make several trips to the lobby to catch someone that could help me.

Nice and clean. Great sized room. Nice-sized bathroom.

The remote to the tv needs to be replaced. It was hard to get the buttons to work. The water pressure was decent, but I wish it could have been stronger.

The location.

Shower floor was slimy slick. Floors were not clean on corners (bathroom floors were not clean...look under counters please). We booked because they proclaimed to have breakfast. They DID NOT! Please change on all sights selling your rooms.

You could tell that the hotel had been recently remodeled and everything was very nice and clean. The beds were comfy and staff were very nice especially with our late check in. One wall still had holes from when they obviously had a tv wall mount up but that doesn't knock points for our stay experience.

They were not serving breakfast. That was the only downfall. I'd give them a 4 rating. It would've Ben a 5 if they had breakfast

We LOVED the size of the room! It was very comfortable, spacious, and great to wind down in.

Nothing that can be easily fixed. Also, it won't keep us from staying there again.

The pillows are like bricks, my daughter and I got a migraine. Happens every time we stay here. But it’s the closet to my son who is on the base.

The staff was super friendly. The beds were so very comfortable. They are in the process of remodeling. The new completed section is beautiful. We've stayed here several times and will continue to do so.
