My wife & I were both very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and the very pleasing smell of the room upon our arrival. The staff were all very friendly and helpful...always ready help. We love the full kitchen....if we only had pots, pans, utensils, etc.l

It would be nice to have some utensils and some plates/bowls with dishwashing soap available for suites like the one we had. Or, give us the option to get some if desired upon check-in.

The room set-up with a separate living/dinning area was convenient. The bed was also very comfortable.

Since the hotel lost power during the middle of the night, we were unable to have breakfast and left for our next destination prior to 4:30 am. Luckily, we had a small flashlight as none of the emergency lights were working (someone probably forgot to change the batteries) and the hall was pitch black. We were on the third floor and the only light working was on the bottom floor so we had to navigate the stairs in the dark. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and have been very satisfied.

The check in and check out times were preferable to others with later check ins and earlier check outs. The suite was beautiful and roomy.

I did not like sharing the elevator with the garbage collection skiff. It smelled in there. A short while later cleaning staff were about to enter the elevator with the mop bucket. I told him I did not want to share. I have COPD and cannot be exposed to chemicals like that in an enclosed space. I messaged the staff asking if there were a service elevator for that. I did not get an answer. They should have one, or at least shut down one of the two they have for that time.

The room size was amazing. A small little apartment with the perks of a hotel. The staff were all very nice (shout out to ricca). The breakfast was hot (loved the servers too). The Wednesday dinner was a nice treat. Pool was big enough for kids to enjoy. Easy location. Also, for being a pet friendly hotel, it did not smell. This will be the only place we stay at when visiting Shreveport.

My sink stopper was stuck downward, but a quick call to the front desk, it was fixed within the hour.

Nice property with an adequate 2 room suite Hot breakfast selection was ok. Waffles and muffins were good, along with the coffee.

$50/ night pet fee is quite high Neither Microwave nor clock were in working condition. Bath had no shampoo, soap or body wash. Driveway entrances are very steep and could not enter property without severe scraping on transition from street to driveway-absolutely horrible

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room temp was consistent and to our liking. We liked the kitchen and size of the room as well. The public areas were well decorated and spacious.

The only real issue we had was that the sliding doors to the closet have come off the tracks and nearly fell on us. There was a good bit of dust on the light fixtures as well, but that’s not such a big deal.

The hallway carpets were filthy which caused a bit of concern wondering if the room would be the same but it wasn’t Room was clean and comfortable

The hotel was easy to get to and very clean and quiet the bed was comfortable and faced a beautiful pool with a family swimming and having a good time which was so nice to see. breakfast in the morning was wonderful breakfast sausage with egg and hot coffee juice cereals and toast with jam fresh fruit and juices and so much more......i enjoyed my stay here.

the front desk agents and staff were fantastic, as well as the cleaning staff who always spoke iand asked about how I was doing and if my stay was enjoyable. It has been a long time since I've seen great customer service like I received.

everything was fantastic and hate that I am just learning of this excellent hotel near my mother-in-law.

Room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, even the sofa. The breakfast had many self-serve options, fully stocked, and tasty. Coffee was very good. The staff were all very cordial and friendly and helpful.

Walls to the hallways were a little thin; could hear coming and going, but no noise from adjoining rooms. I can live with that!
