Large, clean, sunny room; clean bathroom with ample towels, ground floor location. Close to grocery store, beaches, etc but with little road noise. Comfortable bed. Keurig, fridge, microwave, and free ice were appreciated. Desk clerk was professional and polite.

Heating/AC controls were a bit confusing, and the fan blew directly onto the top of the bed. Rudimentary door lock - not a bolt/chain type - and peephole in door too high to be useful.

The location was easy to get to, right on the Main way. There was an excellent place to eat next door. We liked having a mini fridge and microwave and a countertop nearby on the dresser to use. We were thankful there were 2 chairs so we didn't have to lie on the bed to watch TV.

The toilet seat needed to be replaced. The mattress was pretty hard. There was no breakfast included at the motel. The position of the TV made it awkward to look at from the bed. There was no way to darken the room easily with the outside light on and curtains that didn't close fully.

The excellent location, the town itself was ideal for us, enough to explore and if we had more time we could have done some of the trails around. Very friendly staff at check in making sure that everything was in order and offering an upgrade which we took for a few dollars extra, we'll advised. They recommend a really lovely restaurant, Helens, probably a 15min walk but because of the rain we drove. Lovely and peaceful room at the back, never heard a sound and lovely comfortable beds and cosy bathroom and very good quality facilities - excellent!

Nothing it really was excellent

I love everything about this motel and it’s staff. I will choose them over any location, even the upscale B&B’s, every time I travel to the area.

I booked last minute this trip and had a room in the front of the building. It is an older section of the property and could use a refresh. Also a bit noisier as it faces the street. One small note: nightstands on both sides of the bed would add a touch of convenience. That said, still 100% satisfied with our stay.

Location, clean room, comfortable bed, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, TV and clock radio - everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

My only suggestion is that there should be a grab bar near tub, i.e either vertical at tub entry to left of shower head, or slanted on far wall. Either would provide something to hold onto when entering the tub, and a place to hang a washcloth. Rm 141.

Because I have passed it many times I always wanted to stay and I found it very comfortable. I slept very well and I am comfortable with the area.

There was no grab bar for the tub and I am old enough to need one. The door needed to be pulled tight to be able to lock it but I felt the area was safe anyway.

I love that it came with a fridge, great climate control, a hairdryer, and soap. I have never seen a motel have so many features at this price range. Definitely would recommend.

The only possible thing I can think of would be that the light above the bed was too bright and would flicker occasionally.

It is a nice hotel with comfortable beds. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly when we checked in, the guy who checked us in was the only person we saw the two days we stayed there. We were only in the room for the nights and out exploring during the days.

Nothing comes to mind.

Easy to find, right off Rt 1, the staff was warm and welcoming when checking in. The rooms are simple and a little dated, but clean, comfortable, and quiet. There are a few convenience items available in the lobby/office, however the motel is next to a gas station & convenience store with a family restaurant.

The bathroom fixtures are decades old. They were clean and functional, but didn't have much counter or storage space because of their era.

Economic hotel with all the amenities you need. Comfy bed, mini fridge with little freezer, desk and a few chairs.

The only notable negative thing is that the TV didn't work when the microwave was running.
