Very clean and updated, a lot of breakfast options with great service, nice pool. It can sometimes be a chore figuring out how to arrange myself and 3 teenagers in a hotel room but the king room with sofa and rollaway bed was a perfect fit for us. Very comfortable and great view. It was also very quiet in our room even though the hotel was pretty full and there was some construction nearby (outside not at the hotel). Really nice place to stay!

Nice big king bed top of line update bathroom. Modern small fridge microwave. Nice breakfast. Close to our family and shopping, restaurants ECT. Ordered a pizza from local Domino's awesome fast very hot even brought us paper plates and napkins. In less than a half hour

great large accessible shower would have like a whirlpool tub. Vending machine almost empty had to get snacks at nearby store.

Breakfast was cold, but the taste was great, very clean and tables were well separated

the price, my stay was not a vacation, it was a necessity, my wife is very sick, terminal cancer, she had a doctors appointment, hoping to get some kind of discount but charged full price, surrounding motels all give discount if you book for medical reasons, they always ask reason for staying with them

Almost everything especially Kevin who checked us in - very courteous, welcoming, informative with regards to the northern lights which is the reason we drove all the way up to the area.

Cold food at breakfast(eggs and meat)-when I asked staff in charge if I could pop my food in the microwave in the kitchen behind she replied no and that I should go back to my room and use the microwave there! What a reply - she needs to go back for more or updated training! But I also think you should have a small microwave in breakfast room for guests to warm up the hot foods that have gone cold or use another system that keeps food hot or at least warm

Breakfast service was best I have ever seen at any hotel. Friendly staff, clean, food was hot, fresh and the tables area was very clean. Rooms were very clean. Front desk very nice. Overall very pleased with all areas of customer service.

The woman who works at breakfast is very helpful and cheerful.

The hot water that we use for tea has coffee flavor. I would make one urn just for hot water only. If coffee is put in it just once, that coffee flavor remains.

The manager was very help because my reservation was messed up.

I booked a handicap room for my parents and I was shocked of how far it was away from the evaluators. I understand it will need to close to the stairs in case of an emergency. It made the walking g difficult for my Dad.

Decent breakfast and coffee in a large room with an attendant. Saved having to head out to look for coffee. Room was large, bed comfy and the bathroom very large and spacious with ample towels. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel was largely empty so it was pretty quiet. Plenty of parking outside. Enjoyed a drive up to the farming area around Caribou. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I was in the area.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but this area, Presque Isle felt depressing and rundown. Had a weird encounter with a guy shouting obscenities at an older driver in front of him when her car crossed the crosswalk line as we stood waiting to cross. Ice cream spot walkable from the hotel was nice, but there is pretty much zilch do do in this town which contains the usual assortment of big box stores, but absolutely no charm. My sense is it's a border crossing town, which with the Canadian border only just opened for US travelers and Canadians still not allowed into the USA has fallen on hard times.

The beds were super comfy, the pool was warm and clean, the staff were very friendly.

The shower was terrible. The spray was either a trickle or a jet stream. My hair may never recover and I think I lost a nipple.

When checking in I was given a room w a king bed & pull out couch, that is not what I reserved, after I showed her my email confirmation she went far and beyond to get me what I reserved, it was greatly appreciated. Thank you
