We used this hotel as a "crash pad" to maintain our sanity after 2 nights of not having power or water at home. We had two queen beds to accommodate 4 adults and the room was comfortable/spacious enough. There was a refrigerator, TV, blowdryer, coffee maker, microwave and enough electrical plugs for our gadgets. The beds were comfortable in terms of linens, pillows, etc. Parking is very easy, lots of it. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Checkout was via an SMS only so it was awesome that way. Breakfast was included in our room and it was fairly generous - lots of breads, pancake maker, yogurt, cereal, sausages and eggs, of course coffee, tea and some juices. Location is near some restaurants and besides Checkers if you want burgers. We tried to have food delivery and it worked well.

TV didn't have Netflix or any interesting channels (no streaming service/s) and there were only 3 towels for a party of 4 - we could've asked but it was getting too late and we just felt like crashing! There was some loud shouting and arguing in the room across ours - seemed like a violent domestic dispute, we could hear someone being "thrown" and crying very loudly. Not a fault of the hotel at all but wondering if this is something that they could've acted on.

Everything was nicely decorated and comfortable. I loved the outdoor lounge area. The bed was firm but comfortable and the pillows were very comfortable.

Check in was difficult. They didn't have my reservation and shamed me for booking with a website instead of direct. They had to call three people of make sure it was ok to check me in even though I had my confirmation from booking.com and everything was correct. They tried to say my payment declined even though I clearly had a receipt and a confirmation number, then they blamed it on Booking stating that Booking.com's payment to them declined twice and they hadn't been paid for my stay. In the end, I got checked in and the rest of the stay was great.

It’s relatively close to Baltimore, without being in the city. The staff were very helpful and attentive which made for a very easy, enjoyable stay.

It would be nice if there were ice machines on every floor, and the parking was confusing at first but you don’t have to pay extra to park which is nice. it was a little pricey but compared to other hotels it was worth it.

I liked the room size, the beds were comfortable and the furniture had a lot of storage. it also has a clothes iron in case the guest needs it.

The odor of the room was terrible! it has a smell of cigarette smoke. After a while you get used to it, but it's very strong.?

Didn't eat breakfast. Room was nice size and bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked really well. Liked the setup with the rollable desk and office chair.

Room was not cleaned well. Found items left from previous occupants throughout the room. Hallways were also not vacuumed. Refrigerator and television didn't operate properly.

The hotel is clean and appears to be kept maintained. Breakfast has a bit of everything so even the pickiest should be able to find something. The staff was very friendly and helpful

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the mirror fogs unless you open the door. Possibly a bit of mold in AC vent.

I love the hotel room i.e., shower pressure, toilet pressure, the pull away desk. I also love the lobby the way the lobby area looks including the media area. I appreciated the hotel having a washer and dryer.

I had a problem with my door not shutting properly. I shared it with the front desk but it still was not working properly.

Breakfast was great and plenty for all. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. We had a great stay. This was not our first time at this location and it will probably be our choice when we visit the area again.

No bathtub. I really had my heart set on a nice hot bath but since I did not request it, I couldn't complain. The TV guide did not match the actual channels. That was not good. It would be nice to have a list of nearby eateries either in the rooms or the lobby.

I like the location, the employees, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The so ap shampoo and lotion dispensaries in the bathroom what's a compliment to the room

My room had dirty socks inside of the closet and there was a little mold in the bathroom

The room was great. It was the perfect size, very clean, lots of outlets for charging purposes, lovely bath with shower necessities. And, it was quiet.

I can’t think of a thing that I didn’t like. The building is beautiful and the breakfast area is awesome. The breakfast food was delicious.
