The room was mostly clean and almost sound proof. The front desk gentlemen was very friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. Other guests were all very approachable and talkative. Pins onsite restaurant waitstaff were all friendly.
The only issue was there were ants in the room when we arrived, but maintenance was quick to arrive with some ant bait traps to set up for us. Pins restaurant that is onsite is only good for drinks and pizza, the rest of the food was horrible.

The location was ideal; remote but with wonderful amenities.
The property was fine, there were beautiful acres of sprawling wilderness and areas for a range of activities. Unfortunately, there were a few guests that found it acceptable to get drunk and loud in the pool area. Their behavior was rude and disruptive for many that were there trying to relax. Management may want to give guests notice about the expectation for appropriate behavior and address unruly guests fir the benefit of others.

nice place, very quiet and tranquil. our cabin was clean and a good escape
There was a $46 resort fee, but we still had to pay $40 above and beyond that in order to rent their kayaks. Should be included. Also, some of the convention center was closed down snd looked like it had fallen on hard times. The high prices didn’t really match the facilities.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was simple but amazing. Rooms were nice and clean.
It looks like I have a few pending charges from DI Resort even though my card was already charged the amount I was quoted for the trip. On my Confirmation email there are 2 different amounts also.

You guys opened up the miniature golf for us. The cousin's kids loved it. As did I. It was fun. Plus was very accommodating with anything else we needed with our room. I cant remember the nice lady that helped us... but she was great.

We loved the room beautiful view, things to do for kids, ( bike rentals, playground, volleyball) breakfast was great for adults (breakfast sandwiches and omelets)
Hiking trail was hard to fallow for a beginner like myself, and breakfast is pricey for a child that only ate a bagel and cream Cheese.

Great location right at the entrance to the South Marble Head trail system and fossil Ledges drive/trail. Very convenient onsite restaurant. Clean in ground pool to relax in on hot day! Sauna! The room was extremely large! I’ve never stayed in a place as unique as this! Grounds were very rustic. We had a black bear outside our window one night!

The setting is gorgeous, away from the noise and light we have been saddled with daily. The walk back to the first tee is beautiful and full of wildlife. Deer bear and birds galore. Did not see any rabbits that Monaghan brought here in abundance. The lodge is still very nice without the modern glitz of many newer places. No Verizon coverage which was nice. There is wi if however if needed. We were pretty early in the season and had the place to ourselves.
All good.
