Osceola Grand Hotel

The hot tub was nice! The hotel was for sure "dated" but with their staff and everything about this place made it a home away from home. We will certainly be using this place hotel in the future!

Honestly, there wasn't a thing that I didn't like, with that said if I had to say anything, a minor update into the 21st century would make this little gem a 5 star resort not that it isn't already!

Front desk clerk was very nice especially since she was also cleaning rooms. Other guests were very friendly. Loved the post card left in the room that gave us a free night destination adventure.

Our drain was not attached in the bathtub. Black mold around tub faucet. Room 202. The worst was I reserved a king room and didn't get it. Hot tub jets were broken

The pool area didn't seem to be to clean and some what falling apart. Also the decor needs to be upgraded and there should be an elevator to upper level for disabled travelers or travelers with lots of luggage and kids.

coffee was ready, good and hot with selection of creamers. The breakfast offerings were expected with waffles a bonus. Cereal was fresh and milk was cold. Room was large and felt comfortable all 3 mornings. Staff were pleasant and addressed all concerns and questions promptly.

A low fat milk choice would have been appreciated. On one occasion there were some unsavory characters hanging around the back exit. It felt very intimidating.

Everything. It was clean, roomy, had a very nice breakfast, a pool, great staff, and great price and was dog friendly. And the best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel. I plan to return often!

Bathroom area was a little small I guess.

well, I wish I would have brought my own pillow. Don't get wrong there were plenty of pillows, it's just that I recently had neck surgery and wasn't comfortable with what they had, totally my fault.

the toaster was broken and I didn't find out till after I was trying to have a bagel. The milk was bad and caused my boyfriend to puke after consuming it. But the options were nice.

The people around us were very loud all night long. Half the breakfast wasn't working or had gone bad. You could hear everything going on outside and we were on the second floor.

Every single staff member that we interacted with was super friendly. They go out of their way to make sure their guests are happy & comfortable. The room is spacious & clean. My son enjoyed the hot tub every night. I would recommend this place.

Breakfast was disappointing. Even Covid it could have been better. Also pool and hot tub were closed. I know accidents happen but traveling with kids.

Have this a little backwards. The service was excellent and the host very accomadating. There was a mix up in reservation which host fixed at no extra charge for pet, cots etc.

Amazing staff, clean hotel all around. Amazing breakfast for a traveler looking for a nice bed while out of state for work. SAL is an amazing owner. 👏
