The staff was very friendly and helpful. Whenever you walked into the lobby you were always greeted very nicely. The room was very clean and the bathroom was large with very nice little soaps and lots of towels. The beds were pretty comfy with nice pillows. It was nice to have both a work desk and an eating table in the room helping to keep computers and food separate.

Rooms need to be upgraded a little to accommodate all the electronics that two business people carry for charging. The Air conditioner needed a little attention as it was very noisy. The breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about.

 The location was great. I had activities north and south. It was easy to to leave the hotel and return. I was impressed with how clean the facility was… Especially the the breakfast room. Normally a a self serve breakfast with waffle station is a mess, this one was always spotless and well supplied. Also, I loved having a door that opens directly to the outside.

Parking was at a premium. Overflow parking is some distance away.

Really great location in downtown Hancock. Nice area to walk in with great access to a park on the river. Staff was awesome, REALLY NICE and CORDIAL! Pool with hot tub was great and so was the breakfast bar. The staff had fresh coffee in the lobby area (along with hot water and a great selection of herbal teas) availible at alltimes.

The room was good size and comfortable. Location was easy to access. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very limited and the room it was served in was too small. The whirlpool needed some maintenance as half the jets were not working properly.

The place and room were clean and the staff were friendly. I'd likely stay there again.

Hotel costs are high in the Houghton/Hancock area. This was the lowest cost at the time. $155/night. Needs to be more lower cost hotel rooms in that area. But it was snowmobile season, so high hotel costs are basically expected.

Mattress was softer than I like and the breakfast was disappointing when all I wanted was Lil cereal cups to go.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice rooms . Lots of space and your beds are awesome. Breakfast was a little weak, but not too bad.
