The staff at check in and out were great! The room was very comfortable. We looked out the window of our room, which over looked an historic iron furnace… and we were treated to 3 deer and bunnies in the grassy area!

Contractors were working on the front desk area…but it really was not a big deal to us. Staff were making the best of it!

it’s brand new or completely renovated! everything is super clean, beds comfortable and nice location just a short drive into town, the ski area to walk or hike, close to the lakes to explore and 10 minutes from the airport . it was a great place to stay a few nights. there’s also a cool historical site behind the hotel that we had a view of. staff was very friendly. and they allow dogs !

Thought it was a little too much money for what it was and the toilet was plugged up we had to plunge it. They had a bar that did not serve any food just drinks. Just thought it was a little high price for what it was.

the ramp to the entrance is not level and we had to lift up the luggage cart to get it inside then the same issue going from the hall into our room. we are senior citizens and it was difficult. the hotel is nice but I thought pricey compared to comparable hotels we have stayed in

Front desk employee as so kind. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Historical Landmark, Ardis Iron Furnace, right outside my window was an added bonus. ❤️ Love the mining history of this area in Michigan!

Wanted to stay another night. They were unable to accommodate. Obviously not the hotel’s fault.

The staff was very helpful in helping us when we noticed an air conditioning issue. I was very impressed with them moving us to another room immediately to increase our comfort!

Nothing it was good!

This was the most quiet and clean stay that we have ever had at a hotel. We must have been the only couple on that end of the building! I stept like a rock, and the wife was even impressed with the stay.

No pool or whirlpool 😔

Good location, excellent staff, easy checkout process (I didn’t have to wait for my receipt, it was ready to go behind the desk), pet friendly.

I booked a pet friendly king room but received a room with two queen beds. I even called ahead to make sure there was a pet friendly king room available but we somehow got stuck in the queen room.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was very helpful.

It was a little pricey when you add in the $25 pet fee. Almost $200 for one night for three people. Not exactly affordable. Breakfast could be extended for another hour. We got in very late and slept in just a little and missed breakfast.

The continental breakfast: sausage patty had no flavor, bagel was stale.
