It was close to where we needed to be. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The desk clerk gave us a room on the ground floor an near a door, which was nice because my dad is 92 and not very mobile. That was greatly appreciated.

The hot tub was being worked on an unavailable. Not sure we would have used it anyway. We were only there for one night. The TV did not have a great picture. Definitely not HD. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but very clean.

Great location and clean facility. We stay here every time we come to Newberry. The breakfasts are delicious. Eggs, sausage and gravy, donuts, sausage links, a good amount to choose from. If that isn't enough there's a great restaurant right across the road with fantastic food and big portions.

The bathroom in the room is small. The door almost touched the toilet when you shut it.

I have stayed here several times over the last 20 years. The place is always clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu has expanded since my last stay. The staff is wonderful.

The price was higher than I expected, but that may be due to changes in the hospitality industry since I last traveled.

First of all, all of the staff were really nice people. Friendly, courteous, helpful, and enjoyable to talk to. The facilities were clean and fresh, breakfast was hot and tasty too. The room was well cared for and comfortable. It's centrally located in the UP and we honeymooned there at peak fall color, after the summer rush but before hunting season. Did I mention the staff was great...

The breakfast was great. Many choices. Tad longer time would be nice. Good variety of breakfast choices, toast, eggs, biscuits and gravy very good. Ok yogurt selections and pastries. Oatmeal would have been a nice addition

Great helpful friendly staff, even gave me some batteries when I asked where I could buy some!!! Clean, comfortable and not many places in the area so a welcome find. Good selection for breakfast. Attendant helped carry up some bags seeing we had our hands full and a young child.

No elevator.

The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The location was great for getting to Newberry, Painted Rocks, Tehquanium Falls and the Soo Locks. The most important thing about this stay was the staff was so nice and friendly.

Breakfast was great on par w/other places I stay at. Dinning room was spacious.

It's too late now, but Dinning, pool, front desk should be centrally located.

Great location easily accessible from highway we were travelling on. Excellent referral by front desk staff of a restaurant for supper.

The sign inside displaying "American owned business" is xenophobic and totally unnecessary.

Friendly staff, clean, great breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet, popcorn and fresh baked cookies at night, good location for visiting area attractions.

Water pressure was low in the shower, but not terrible.
