It was all clean thru out the building and the staff was willing to help you if you needed something right away!

They didn’t have a vending machine for snacks all I seen was a soda machine next to the ice machine on the first floor, maybe have some snacks available behind the desk for purchase! And our shower water was hot and than it turned cold real fast and went back to hot, maybe wasn’t used much was a handicap room like that the showers are higher up so you don’t have to bend over to wash hair like other hotels!

The friendly and helpful staff. When we had trouble with the television, they came and helped us immediately.

A updated printout for the television stations. What we got off internet did not conform to our room. Once we got the printout for our room things were great. Would also have liked to been able to extend our stay one night longer without having to check-out and then check back in, but the staff did make it easy for us and we didn't have to change rooms.

We were there in the off-season, so the room price was very good. Check in was easy, and front desk staff friendly. Our room was on first floor, and parking by the front door was always available.

The small refrigerator in our room (109) did not have a temp control knob, and it had to be jostled around before it started to run properly. The towels were old and scratchy, but the sheets and bed linens were nice. There was a washer and dryer for guest use, but the dryer was out of order, so the front desk staff dried our washed clothes for us with the industrial dryer there.

the staff was incredibly nice and helpful ..... the breakfast offered was as expected and enjoyed having hot coffee available 24/7 since I like to have coffee ..... the hotel was very quiet even though seemed to be mostly full just a little bit of road noise from the highway and a few footsteps could be heard from above during daytime since I was on ground floor

I travel frequently and stay a a wide range of hotels and felt this one was in the basic level however the nice staff and their attention to customer needs made up for the hotel status. Unfortunately I felt the room was overpriced for the basic level of the room so a slight ding for that but not unacceptable

We stay in DL frequently to go to lake. This is our favorite hotel to stay at. The kids love the pool, hot tub and sauna. It's great to have the sitting area outside the pool so you can still watch the kids play and be able to enjoy the nice weather. Having the bike path right behind the hotel is very nice when we are traveling with our dog to take him for a walk.

The breakfast is very good with real plates and coffee cups. Yesterday there were no eggs, I'm assuming they just ran out.

I had emailed a request for a room on the 1st floor as I was travelling with my 91 year old Mother and I am using a cane but they would not accomodate us when we arrived. In addition, our room was way down the hall from the stairs which made it hard for both of us to get to our room. Also, I wish they would have towel racks in the rooms. There is no place to set our towels except on the sink.

They did a 2nd authorization on my charge card, and while staff were very helpful and concerned their system did bit alliwcthem to remove the authorization. They did offer to contact my cc company. I do feel they tried to do everything they coukd to fix it.

The place was clean and accommodating when we wanted our two rooms next to each other. Breakfast was very great, a lot of options, fresh hot food, real plates and nice seating. Staff was very friendly and polite despite being understaffed and dealing with my loud and rowdy crowd. The pool was perfect and so was the sauna. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Breakfast was just ok. Tables needed to be cleaned in the breakfast area more often. Disappointed that there was no room service. Front entrance needed some cleaning & floors mopped. Really wish there would be some adjoining rooms. We only found out upon arrival that there weren’t any.

The property was in a great location and it was clean! The morning staff was so nice! And helpful and understanding about dogs being barking and took interest in the dogs and out stay!

Night staff was rude and seemed unfriendly and had no interest. Also this is a dog friendly hotel we drove 5 hours for a family event and got told we would have to stay in the hotel. Dogs bark its no different then kids running around or people slamming doors at 1:00am. They should separate sides or levels for the people with dogs and the other half for the people who don’t so there will be do issues.
