The room was spacious and bedding comfortable. I appreciated the breakfast in the morning. It was clean and convenient.
I will never go through booking.com. the Hampton Inn was willing to give me a bereavement fee and waive the fees for canceling original reservation. After calling Hibbing 9 times, booking.com was unwilling to make this happen. I was very disappointed with 3rd party. Now they are sending room rates for Hibbing almost 1/2 cost I paid. I really don't get it!

we travel a lot- and the staff was the friendliest we have ever encountered. the towels were actually soft too. not stiff and over washed. you can tell everyone works hard at doing their job well. even the maintenance guy was friendly!!!
the beds are super hard. nice sheets, blankets, pillows, and comforter, but the mattress was really hard and not comfortable.

We thought the breakfast could have been better. It was average at best. And they kept running out of eggs. We have been to to other Hampton Inns and the breakfast's are great!

Breakfast was good, the box they are doing because of covid was filling, had a variety and everything was fresh. This is the best option I've seen during this time. The pool was open, limited, but we had no problem with it being too busy. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly.

Staff were very nice, and the place was clean and pleasant. There was appropriate and noticeable signage regarding using facemasks, social distancing and sanitizing, as well as sanitizing stations. Rooms were very pleasant.
I don't know how it could have been done differently, but the only disappointment was the breakfast offering. Choices were few and not very appetizing. We missed the hot items and pastries.
