Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ice machine was broke on our floor but a staff member was able to get us some. Breakfast was good and that area was nice and clean. We were bikers so location was very close to trails.

There was something that had dripped down the wall maybe chocolate..I took a sanitized wipe and washed it off. The area around the nighstand by the window was very dusty. Not vacuemed.

Love the shower 🚿 triple amenities. Beds and pillows very soft. Breakfast was fantastic. Lady working the service counter did a great job with all the kids using towels. Pool & sauna was VERY busy.

White bedding 🛌 had a couple stains on the bedding. Pool and sauna was too full unable to enjoy. Encourage time limit for those using pool. Inviduals were in there over 5 hours.

Requested if there was anything extra they could do for my wife as we were celebrating Valentines and trying to enjoy a personal staycation. The manager went out of her way to put down a little candy bouquet and a little heart towel wrap. It's a little gesture but it went a long way, I appreciate that they listened to the request. It made my wife's day. Breakfast was simple but also had a variety of stocked items. Danishes, donuts, bagels, cereals, milks, sausage and eggs and a pancake machine. Our room was clean, big and the whirlpool worked and provided a super relaxing experience. Staff was pleasant, nice and easy to work with.

TV was really small for the room size. Not that a TV is the thing we come to for a hotel but it was significantly small for the size of the room. Parking was PACKED. Even if there may have been an event going on, there was very scant parking spaces available.

The staff are great, the breakfast has really good variety, you have to try the automatic pancake machines! My suite came with a whirlpool...loved it! Even with a number of families staying over the weekend, my room was very quiet.

Quiet rooms, always clean, everyone is super friendly and accommodating, location is great and the price is always competitive. Nice touch btw in getting 55” tv’s put in!

I called AmericInn in a panic because I had checked into a disgusting hotel and needed a new room asap. The receptionist was absolutely stellar and helped ease my mind.

Nothing. The room smelled good, was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the pool (if I wouldve used it) looked great.

I was deceived by the photos on booking.com. the photos showed a hot tub in the room but when I checked in I wasn’t given that room but for an additional charge I could get that room. I’ll be using Wyndham website from now on

Clean and comfy.. Front desk person for check in was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast attendant interacted with guests and we felt at home. With overall customer service lacking these days, this was a breath of fresh air! Thank you!

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool/hot tub were functional and clean. Breakfast area clean and food selection was excellent. Front desk staff friendly.

Children running in hallways at night made it difficult to fall asleep.

The breakfast is in my opinion the best in the mankato area i love that there are several options. I wpuld however have liked to see more fruit BUT that being said they still are miles above the rest of the hotels ive stayed at
